Continued working through workload and rounding up low level miscreants.

Again a high level of inspections showing a healthy trade but no smuggling or piracy evident.

Two pilots radioed in apparently distressed state, [ShlSc]HSF|Ichirui and Red_Comet, after just been pitrated by two Lane Hackers.

On investigation a LH Gunship and Sabre were found in the LA-Cortez trade lane. Negotiations for hostage exchenge failed when they jettisoned civilian pilots, shot them then turned their guns upon me.

Assistance requested with a number of pilots responding, namely Steve.Brown, Untreue, Reno.Raines and andreo009. In the ensuing battle a number of Rogue Bloodhounds and Wolfhounds joined. Sadly andreo009's ship was lost but the escape pod was safely rescued. The joint efforts resulted in all Rogues being destroyed together with the Gunship [LH]Spyder, Reno.Raines imparting the final blow. Although heavily damaged the Sabre, callsign [LH]FeniX, ran as attention focused on the Gunship and managed to escape to the Magellan system.

Heavy Lane Hacker ships appear to be an increasing problem for Liberty space.

Continued working through workload and rounding up low level miscreants.

Again a high level of inspections showing a healthy trade, one smuggler Fusty-2 repeated Cardamine incursions to Manhattan. Due to volume of inspection he always managed to run blockade and sped into dock before docking protocols disengaged.

Have worked through many duty sheets and now have full Guard access protocols.

Any special instructions to entering Attica Supermax, personal comms welcomed.

Clarification of juristriction welcomed. In Texas has [LN] the juristriction to enter outlaw questioning and request LPI to stand down?

Becoming a bit of a pattern, lots of activity little in way of contraband. One craft carrying two Blood Diamonds as keepsakes from dear friend. In the interests of police relations suggested she gets them made into jewelery of keep hidden, rather than confiscate.

Need to clarify fine situation regarding illegally mounted equipment.

Major skirmish broke out, overpowered and thruster mangled, forced to leave and repair.

Problem exacerbated as many Liberty naval and LSF ships attacking Hamburg leaving New York wide open for unsavoury elements.

I was part of SWAT operation.
Yesterday California system was overrun by dangerous criminals who failed to co-operate, heavy support was inevitable. I'll upload evidence now.

In an attempt to consolidate paperwork to allow more patrol time I have condensed a number of Patrols into one report.

P1. Normal searches, again proving clean, New York seems to attract brawlers rather than smugglers at present. Some "saved lawful pirates"transferred from Paul Naves was the highlight of that patrol.

P2. Shaping to be a normal patrol until request for help from LN ships in California where they faced a small fleet of assorted miscreants including 4 CGS ships, Powhatan, Wappinger, The.Commanche and The Delaware with some FL's including No.sense. Collected a flotilla of assorted ships in NY including [NG]-Storm.Assault and Amethyst.Reaver and headed into California resulting battle forced the unlawfuls back, many casualties on their side, light for the lawful forces.

P3. Started in a way that is becoming a habit, trying to sisperse Hackers, Rogues and Outcasts from New York. Eventually a flotilla of Liberty forces ([LN]-Dinitry Ivanovich, Jasmine Greenson, Luis Ramirez and Virgil Redline with LNS Las Vegas and Chimera managed to clear the systems. It was during this successful engagements spread over a number of systems that saw me claim my first scalp since joining, Firedance.

P4. Started lively with a number of Hackers and an Outcast including [HF]-HFU-Spork.of.Hope, Harmless Wing, Arcturus, Tarantoga and Alpha5 in New York. They were asked to leave and in the ensuing melee some left and some wished they had, a s LN-Andy.Bogard, John and !Jeki_Chen! exercised some firepower, John being especially well armed and helpful.

Towards the end of the patrol, APB raised, with first contact to me from LPI-D.Dusentrieb[O], to assist Lawful forces in repelling a Rheinlander incursion. Assembeled force included LSFC-Death Valley, USI H.Washburne LN-Remus Sius =LSF=Amber Bay, LNS-Devestation, LNS-Seal, LNS-Juice Extractor and LNS-Durango, including the aformentioned LPI officer. Invaders were forced back in a decisive defence.

P5. Upon undocking entered straight into the middle of LNS-Blockade Lake and =LSF=Randy Roden engaged with the usual assortment of outlaws, Mukiwa, Geogie_Koskov, Gomez_Mejm with possibly Nuuskamuikkunen and Drifter_X (was a fest). Many support vessels were on route however when the Spyglass went pop the rest fled. However, 3 of the original party (pre - me coming on duty) were in Texas causing problems. I entered and shadowed them up to the Cali jh as the LN/LNS forced grouped and sorted out some order. The liberator was a useful spotting vehicle allowing me to jump to Cali and provide updates. However during these acticities on the Hacker gunboats and destroyers a Sabre managed to close on me and local Rogues CD's me. Thankfully I could thrust to the JG with the Sabre persuing. On jumping I
entered TL and stopped 9k from JG to carry on obs. To my surprise the first ship through was a trader Dean, followed by the Sabre who promptly instigated some pirating. Dean refused to pay, possibly seeing an LPI officer on scope and knowing I would intervene. Entered the fray and together dodged the Sabre and was able to pop a mine on his nose, Fusekle being the second termination under the LPI badge I carried out.
However all was not finished and was called back into Cali to help [NG]-Assault, =LSF=Point MacKensie, LNS-Portsmouth, LNs-Florida and =LSF=Randy Roden with the remaining unlawfuls,. The fierce battle within the asteroids resulted in the loss of LNS-Florida but not before he had helped with the dispatch of BRO FenxiX and Spyder, Ermak and Blue-Star; Fusekle eventually docking at Alcatraz.

P6. A whole range of activities ranging from dealing with mad worshippers (sphess mahreen and chaos sphess mahreen), Nomad artefact carrying ship (Budi-Vudi), a cardi carrier (Angel's Guardian) and even a weather forecast (Maersk)Savannah).
Two weapons dealers at Norfolk, including the regular W.F.Cody, must check the files for permits and such to see all is in order with this trade in New York.

Finally my ship was severely damaged when trying to escort the outcast Sabre of Maria Martinez[13th] from the system, thankfully upon ejection I was quickly rescued by some of the lawful! bystanders.

While I waited for my patrol ship to be finished, I completed a few basic flight training exercises.

A Kusari Explorer called U.S.A was under repeated attack by Navy patrols, so I'm assuming he has some sort of record. I wasn't exactly equipped to do anything about it, though, so I left it to the patrols.

Just after I returned to New York from picking up my Liberator, I saw one of those... blue things near Manhattan. As I recall, the official procedure involving them is to call the LSF, so I did. An agent of theirs arrived to deal with it, so I got out of the way.

I probably still need more in-depth training, but other than that I'm almost ready for duty. Unfortunately, word hadn't gotten to the base yet that I was cleared for a mine dropper, so I'm not quite fully-armed yet.

I have to inform you about a possible suspect impersonating an officer of the LPI to threaten lawfuls of of the Republic with false accusations. His callsign is Off.J.Hedley and he is flying an Avenger.
Please watch him and his actions closely and take visual evidence if he is behaving out of the line.

A mercenary called Yohance was providing evidence to me over secure channels.

To Mister Samms:
Thank you for your in-depth reports.
Please consider using the new Liberty Criminal Database to report anyone behaving against the law who has not faced justice yet. Justice is served if the ship in question got destroyed or successfully fined for example.
Please refrain from adding well known criminals like Outcasts or Lane Hackers. At least I hope, that everyone in Liberty considers a Spyglass as an enemy.

Regarding the weapon merchants:
Mr. Cody is a well known merchant and does not sell his weapons and equipment to unlawfuls. Of course you shoudl take evidence if you happen to see him dealing with (possible) enemys of the Republic.

Could you tell me the name of the other merchant?

I am not sure whether your questions in your earlier reports got answered, but I will do that now, in case they haven't yet:

Take a look at Liberty Law section five note 1. This is the only law enforcement part which is limited to the LPI. In all other cases the [LN] may enforce the law just as the LPI. You need to arrange yourself with them. If a senior [LN] officer is questioning you to leave the inspection or questioning of a suspected criminal to him, you should comply. Just remind yourself that the Navy is nothing without the eyes of the LPI (Tlagsnet and RST).

Illegal equipment? The Liberty Law only states some weapons as illegal as of section three paragraph I Liberty Law. If you find a vessel violating this paragraph, order it to head to the closest base to get rid off the weapons. If this vessel is complying to your orders swiftly and responding in a positive and understanding way, you could even refrain from fining it. Usually I would fine a smaller ship violating this paragraph with 100k up to 1 million SC.

Special report: Blood Diamonds in New York

A ship flagged [TAZ]Ecstatic.Siren and her sometimes bawdy captain are carrying 3 Blood Diamands. She claims they are a special sentimental gift.

The presence of the cargo has caused considerable angst in New York. To avoid potential incidents and as part of public relations I have granted a temporary "certification" of the gift to allow their presence.

An appropriate administration fee was paid and the captain is aware that I am passing the position up the command chain for discussion.
