This is the first time I have ever heard of one of my people hauling Black Market Munitions, but considering our fleet consists of tramp steamers, I guess it was inevitable that someone would take it into their heads to try and do something stupid. If you were to give me names, I'll see to it he gets what's coming to him.
We'll try to get the approval from DHC, but they won't return our calls about a simple manufacturing job, so there are some things there that may have issues.
Okay, we'll clear it with DHC and do the application by the form.
