Several Reports of a Outcast Warship in liberty space. MNS-Pequeno Was seen in Texas and was intercepted in the New York System Near West Point Military Academy Where i was able to remove the target by force with the LPI-BW-Leavenworth After a short battle A Bounty hunter was able to remove its Fighter escort as well. And a few other Pirates that were hanging around texas.

Today I began my shift with teammate LPI-Alban.Jankowski[O]. The traffic was increased in these hours. And we were hoping to catch some fish very quickly. Just after ION storm, we detected a smuggler trying to slip nearby to Planet Manhattan and after scanning, we detected a ship possessing illegal to carry "Sorted Artifacts". He was identified as Freelancer named Cpt.Larry. He was given instructions on fine payment and dropping cargo. He tried to fool us with giving less money than it was required, in case it was not clear, we clarified exact sum of payment(1 mln) again for carrying 540 cargo units of precious artifacts After few minutes of repeating phrases with more clear instructions, we generously offered a choice to drop only cargo without paying a fine. WIth his lacking agreement for seven minutes of questioning, it was decided to stop wasting time and we made a decision to give him more time to think in a room for arrested at Fort Bush.

A big party of Sorted Artefacts was noticed to be transported by technotony007. He seems like a new pilot and flew under the Freelancer license. He was able to get away so order stands to lock him up for additional questioning. A fine in size of 4 mln in order for him. Also, his 4100 cargo sized ship is out of limits for his current pilot's license. Somebody probably needs to tell him before the size of his problems became even more.

After that we had a case of pest infestation in Pennsylvania and New York. It's all started with LH~Sol.Horowitz who was flying Freighter class ship and was chased down near Bethlehem station. He was possibly a bait because quickly he received backup in two snub-class fighters and later once again a fighter plus a bomber. Five enemies in total, with two classified as Lane Hacker and three as Xenos.

Responded to reports of hostile elements in the Texas system, attacking colleagues around Houston. Arrived on scene to discover the battle between Police, LSF, Xenos, Harmony and Unioners well underway. Not one to be shown up, I got stuck in; once again the Law was triumphant. Shortly thereafter, multiple Outcast capital-class vessels arrived on scene, forcing me to disengage and go call the navy! I'm told they gave the sniffers a bloody nose!

-Many alerts went out about a group of UN| Vessels in Texas. Upon arriving At planet Houston i came across a small attack squad of UN| Vessels attacking alone Battlecruiser. I moved in to give the battlecruiser support sadly he didn't make it but an =LSF= BattleCruiser arrived in time as well as some fighter support. A pirate by the name of Croat joined in the fight with the UN| vessels as well as few that joined on our side to fight. After a long battle we were able to remove the UN| Threat as well as any of their allies. Not long after the battle with the UN| A couple of Outcast Warships arrived in Texas and uncloaked after sometime enough support arrived to remove both of the Outcast Battleships. One was destroyed Monty and the other one jumped out.

Upon patrolling around New York i came across three UN| Transports carrying Artifacts in texas I chased them all the way to Beaumont. After which the all managed to dock before i could place them all under arrest for violating liberty law. -

Today I bought my new shiny Avenger and was gonna move to Fort Bush for new guns to buy. But, two freelancers were moving past my position and quick inspection showed possessing restricted materials Stabiline, which they didn't have licenses to carry. They vowed, that their friend Diego working in Cryer Pharmaceuticals asked them to deliver it, considering that it looked like their first space travel ever, I decided to let them free, on condition that it's first and last time when they can excuse themselves with this reason. Additional check for finding this Diego from Cryer Ph. is in order.

While scanning a ship near Manhattan I saw Gallic Very Heavy Fighter with Nomad Remains in cargo used by Freelancer named Frederick.Flick, he said that ship belonged to his father which was working for Gallic Military, but passed away and left him a ship, he used secret ways to leave Gallic Space and Nomads were killed on his way to Liberty. He was really agreeable to drop cargo and any other possessions and wanted to cut his ties to Gallic Space. I helped him to find Freelancer base in Coronado, confiscated all his gallic equipment, cargo, and weapons and gave him 3mln to buy a new ship and weapons while recommending to buy Raven's Talon. Keep an eye on him in case he could be a gallic spy.

Good day,

I caught something suspicious on my Lane Scanner while I was performing administration paperwork for New York Temporary Prison and Albany Police Academy. I took Officer Wilson who was nearby and we intercepted a Serenity. Not any ol Serenity, a freaking drone on a supply mission. At first the drone didn't want to tell us where its base was located but after a few questions I was able to literally trick the drone into admitting where it was going, now thats some damn fine detective work if I do say so myself.|=DSS|Dronge.Angela11 informed us it was on a delivery mission to get iridium from Omicron Delta, Freeport 11, and its destination was Vesupucci. That system is embargoed and for good reason, The Legion. After a stern warning I sent the drone away.

All Officers that see this ship should ensure it never reaches Vesupucci with cargo. Thats an order. Dismissed.

Today I began my shift with our Chief Holiday. Well... she did all the work, I was more working like muscles while trying to learn how we can interrogate more efficiently. She did a briliant job with the drone, which was mentioned in her report. After that we traveled to Texas where was encountered a gallic transport Velvet|-Crimson with gallic weapons, who complied with our decisions very well, even when we left it alone to wait while we pursued a different lawbreaker, smuggler wulli. The smuggler refused to drop cargo, his ship was disabled and the smuggler was taken into interrogating room at Fort Bush. After that, we returned to gallic transport, where a decision was made to forbid him from entering Liberty Space while having gallic transport, but he objected that the war ended, and decided to message our government if the law about restricted gallic technologies should be ended as well. Our meeting was disturbed by rogue element LR-Princess.Charming. What a nice name of the ship, but alas a pirate.

Firstly my yesterday's report about another smuggler THP-Sunset identified as Freelancer, he flies Serenity and was spotted with a big party of Black Market Arms. It looks to me, that it was his first civilized encounter with police, he was really... jumpy at first and decided that flying for a half of hour into a deep space better, than having a small talk. In the end, he was fined for 4 mlns, notified that it's his first offense, and was set free. But write a note on his file, that trade lanes signaled something fishy after that again, he quickly left liberty space on the course to Rheinland with whatever he had.

P.S. Another criminal record detected from twenty days ago. He is also a slaver. Next time, it would be already his last crime.
