A note on thr restart Beginner. It is great mining leadin but the rep that comes with it stinks. Other mining factions bases or Freeports will not allow you to dock so be prepared to do a lot of bribe searches to improve your rep.

Tha is true but... you can do another thing. For example, using Miner ID, will freeze your reputation with GMG (Gas Miner Guild) faction in almost hostile, but still in neutral, enough for not allowing you for docking, but... if you just hunt some Hogoshas around there, you will can dock just one time because it will improve it a bit. Of course, when you undock again it will be restored in default value, so you will need again to hunt 3 or 4 hogoshas for dock again.
Anyway... the /restart beginner, its really useful for start, but personally, i suggest you when you reach 12.000.000$ in Pennsylvania, just go to New York and buy Mammoth ship, with 2200 cargo space and change for Freelancer ID. That ship is really good for starting to do some trades and using Freelancer ID, will help you to fix and maintain your reputation with others.
For all cases when you need to change your reputation, keep in mind, using Freelancer ID will ensure the changes will remain, due the Freelancer ID have no rephacks. Other players asked me about why the bribes not working and was just because they was doing it with a faction ID mounted, so just undocking it will be restored.
Another thing... using Freelancer ID and a transport, you will still can mining Helium, just mount a lot of Mining Arrays (Heavy on transports Lights on smallers) and you will improve your mining speed a bit. After Mammoth, i suggest to reach 40.000.000$ and buy Serenity civilian transport, with 3600 cargo space, 7 turrets, good speed and shields, its the BEST for Freelancers.
For more cargo space, you will need a corporated ID without cargo restrictions, but keep in mind, corporated ID's have enemies in others houses, so think before around where do you will move.
