" As of late JiangXi has been receiving a great deal more traffic, our Atmospheric Shuttles unfortunately are finding it harder and harder to keep up with the increased cargo-loads to and from the planet for the Restoration Project of JiangXi and it's afflicted landmasses. H-Fuel costs due to the continued use of these vessels has been rising steadily which in the long run is unsustainable according to the Ministry of Plenty which has raised concerns within the State Duma.

The Premier's Office has consulted several experts at the Katz Institute and have determined two routes the People's Republic can take to rectify this error.

The first option is specialized Traffic Beacons designed to guide ships through the atmosphere and actively transmits the current weather conditions of the landing zone such as Wind Speeds, Temperature, Air Pressure and Landing Field Coordinates. This option is relatively inexpensive but makes it much more difficult for larger vessels to travel to-from JiangXi without being specialized for Atmospheric Travel.

Another option is for the Coalition to create it's own 'Docking Ring', however this is a much more expensive option due to the requirement of either gaining Ageria/Gallic technical know-how and equipment or the slower process of Gravitational & Magnetic Research & Development. The Coalition would likely have to hire additional outside help in order to proceed on this front.

The Premier wishes for Mykolaiv to begin construction of both a Prototype Beacon for testing and for the Mykolaiv Researchers to begin looking into the possibilities of Gravitational & Magnetic Research for development. The Premier will also attempt to acquire outside aid on this front as well.

Do not fail the Premier or the Republic, the future of JiangXi and it's colonies depends upon it.

"Comrades, field commanders of our venerable Typhoon-Class Destroyers have been starting to report that their ships are starting to meet more and more resistance from vessels of a larger tonnage by way of Heavy Cruisers, or even worse Battlecruisers, in the field. While normally this is not an issue the enemy has been able due to recent jumps in technology to get closer and closer to our destroyers and deliver heavier payloads than what the ship was designed for.

This has prompted the State Duma to examine the need for a new vessel to fill in this 'niche' and yet be able to defend the 'Tempest' Class Carriers with greater ease than a simple Destroyer can do. While I know the department has it's hands quite full with recent requests the State Duma has mandated that engineers begin to design and field-test a 'Battle-Cruiser' of a Coalition design in order to combat this newest threat to our Army.

Thankfully for now our Destroyers and their escorts are still able to win the day, however we believe that will not last forever and further measures against defeat are to be taken for the greater good of the People's Republic. We understand this will take time and effort, however the Coalition has faith in it's Engineering Corps and it's Military Research & Development Corps to deliver the solution to this conundrum.

This Project is to be code-named 'Resurgence' and work begun as soon as humanly possible.

This is Former Field Marshal Joseph Garcia reporting in. It has been a few years since I last used this channel. As some of you may know, I have been inactive due to severe injuries incurred when my Insurgent suffered a direct hit to the cockpit from a Corsair Antimatter Cannon.

It's a miracle that I am alive, or so I'm told. After much rehabilitation I have been told by the good doctors that I am fit for duty should I so choose it. While it would be easy for me to return to the civilian life and be honorably discharged for the Revolutionary Army, it would not feel right in the end. The Revolutionary Army has been my home for the majority of my life now and the civilian life just doesn't hold the same appeal.

Therefore, I am requesting reactivation at any rank and position that High Command requires. You have access to my medical files and you can make an informed decision as to where to allocate me.

I look forward to once again bringing peace and security to the people of the Sirius Coalition.

It is with both triumph and concern that I transmit to your consoles this otherwise resplendent Volgogradian Evening. Deep in Omicron space, whilst on Operation [CENSORED], the Pyl'nist' encountered one of the larger forms of the prybuletsʹ, or alien, - a velykyy syniy. I have heard Order agents call these 'Nammu'. Comrades stationed on Mykolaiv - you have some remains with which to carry out your work, they shall be delivered to you on the Pyl'nist's next resupply.

Operational Data-archive

Proceeding exposure to the prybulets' unique form of telepathy, my crew have developed a rather interesting protocol: Initiative 62. At the first sign of a prybulets' influence on a crew member, they hold a firearm to the head of their comrade in readiness to strike down the assailant in the name of their fellow crew's safety. I urge you Comrades to explore the security this protocol may provide - it has served the Pyl'nist' well during our stationing in the Omicrons.

On other matters, I have two requests. Firstly, if you are to be visiting the Omicrons, consider it a personal request for you not to engage with the Apahanta. Whilst being a Core capital vessel, her Captain has proven most... useful to the People's Coalition. It is my belief we should respect this aid. Secondly, Comrade Ekaterina Rosenkov. I have been on patrol within and near Coalition Space for some time now. Again I have had the luxury of encountering members of the "Triple Hazard Pay" company operating in our boundaries. This time things have not gone quite as smoothly as a few days prior. Pulling quickly outbound from Jiangxi Orbital and refusing to heed to my interdiction I was forced to... remind a THP pilot that the Coalition takes its border control regulations very steeply. The second pilot to meet me was more sensible, likely a superior of the first. He proved much more cooperative(and loaded full of vodka).
