Even as GRN IDd ship, you can be fully green towards the Commonwealth, which should be red.

I think it's because Solar Engineering was the former ID/IFF of that faction. The devs haven't completely switched the rep and ID over, causing to to be that way. That is the problem that needs to be fixed, as it is more than just the rep that is messed up.
