I definitely like how V3 looks, but it definitely makes it look a bit too cleanly built for what the Arbiter is. V3 would probably be better for a newer model design rather than the Arbiter's current model.
V2 would be more fitting of the two red color options.
V1 with the blue color does look more Libertonian, but that's more standard for Liberty Lawful ships, while ships like the Harmony for example uses the red color.
