Very few survived and I was one of those lucky ones. We found low security and absence of the law enforcers at the time of most need. The members of the Nebula Shipping Express (NSE) gathered and decided on leaving the Kusari house space and moving our business to another safer location.
We would like to apply for a modular base license. We guarantee for you and the empire that we will follow and abide by the laws at all times. We would like to initiate the first phases of construction as fast as possible at the Frankfurt system, near planet Holstein, We are ready to pay the required amount of Sirian credits for the installation license. We would also like to request a license for the construction of defense modules.
Our experience with low-security is terrifying and our human losses were hilarious. We would like to be protected by the Rhineland Military and we will grant special permanent docking access to all Rhineland law enforcers including the police and the military according to the laws. Even if our defense modules didn't save the installation, then at least will give chance for the civilian's evacuation to evade repeating the previous humanitarian disaster that happened to us at the Honshu system.
In case of acceptance, we would like to request a bank account information so we can transfer a sum of 50,000,000 Sirian credits required for construction initiation. Guten tag. As i noticed, that is a dangerous system, with some influence problems for military structures, and placing there business is ricky idea for now. But i'm not scared, and me & my facility will support Rheinland sovereignty for that system. Also, any officials and representatives are welcome and station will works under Rheinland laws.
