And as explained the lead up to that involved Zoner/Order ships attacking Yaren (which was, unfortunately, not recorded). And I'm not saying that because an indie reported it's irrelevant, in fact that is the opinion you are supporting. Do people really expect Core to just put on a blindfold and pretend infractions such as that didn't happen because "lol there was no tag"? That's quit a mindless notion, especially in regards to the concept of roleplay.

I don't blame you for everything bad that's ever happened to me, but seemingly whenever you try to get involved things turn sour. I'm trying to provide a factual account of the events, and from our perspective Yaren (among other things) was attacked. The Core wouldn't just attack FP11 without reason.

The Yaren attack happened afterwards. I have the logs, the DSAce timstamps can prove it.

They did however. Because a Zoner was telling Core| caps to respect CoF laws. And then that Zoner was roasted by Cruiser Razors by Jayce.
The pack of Cigarettes was not the real conflict, the real conflict started about 30 minutes earlier. The logs are in the ingame reports. So... stop twisting what happened.
You are free to write your history form the Core angle, and portray Zoners as aggressors.
The facts are different.
So depending on whether you write your "lore" as an irp statement (which can be as wrong as you want), or oorp truth, you either have to accept what really happened, or mark it clearly as "irp Core version".

Its funny how the initial issue has been mostly forgotten at this point and its now just pathetic rambling and flaming.
People just dont know when to stop... *sigh*
Just to point out the initial point was stating that the info page was being updated, which some people disagreed with the point of view given within.
Now it is arguments between what is cannon and what is not... do indies matter.... oh and to remind everyone that this thing is like almost a month old now. There is nothing to be gaining my debating what happened, what is right/wrong; even more so when nether side is going to back down. So here, something I suggest everyone does:
Just walk away.

Just to be clear: all Freeport admins are members of the CoF, which in turn is backed up by OSI, TAZ and IRG, the zoner Official Factions. So they are not indies, even if not members of an official faction. Most ARE members of official factions, even if using other chars for the role, as I do at FP2. And, by the way, the only Freeport admin that is not a member of an official faction is Commander Matok from FP6. And he is on the CoF as well.
So, no, no indies as Freeport admins.
Now you can go back to your alternate reality if you want.
