What would be interesting is if Universal Shipping falls under the appropriate IDs, since they move high risk cargo for Liberty.

Universal Shipping can move ore though. This event is for the Military ID peeps. Let them have some fun too, also Police IDs can make sure nobody else moves the cargo.

So, if I'm reading this right Liberty Navy ID'd ships can move said cargo 'legally'.
Does this also include warships of all shapes and sizes or just Freighters/Transports ?

Common sense. If you bring an Overlord to another house, you might not be as legal as you think.

House military and various bases could have an 'issue' with Capital class ships playing transport, although it would be fun to give it a go, probably resulting in many intense duels between ships, even if they are NPC.

Well, even when it's an event, the houses have their laws. Some houses don't even allow gunboats, so there is that.

Do I participate in all of the trade events as any military ID? I mean, can I do the Westfalen Nagumo route as BAF and still get it count?
I know it sounds and feels like full lolwuttery, but still asking in any case.

Hmmm, could be quite an interesting exercise, especially in my case, as Excalibolg isn't part of a recognized player Faction, but is still technically part of the Liberty Navy (in game faction).
Sindroms, being an Admin you could probably look up how long Excal has been around, just for giggles.
