Back in 84, the biggest threat to smugglers going via Sigma 13- NB route were not the lawfuls but the Wilde NPCs. Which by the way were the only ships ingame to use the DEFILER codename back when it was OP.
You'd literally see more smugglers during high server load times than lower ones because of this.

What do you mean by "new"? In 4.87, Junkers got a new base in Munich called the Augsburg Wreck, and they got Foster Base form DSE in Cassini. And mayba Kreutzwald in Saar, is that also new?
