The_space is open to use from "any" Consensus_Units, but [special] authorization is_required to study non_Consensus technology. R/I_Division_Units "have" a special, off-limit area in the north-east of the laboratory complex. The_Culture also "benefits" from such a space, but in the south-west of the complex, and on a different level. All_Machinery "is" slaved to_the Consensus_Command_Unit, but can "be" under direct unit_control on request. All research MUST be_approved before testing is_done.
