Which laptop to buy... - Anomander - 11-12-2013

so I have 2 choices of chosen Laptops - both Lenovo's

i3 - 6GB RAM DDR3 - 1 TB HDD - Radeon 8570
or
i5 - 8GB RAM DDR3 - 1 TB HDD - Radeon 8570

difrence is 250 PLN ( for simplicity let say 250 $ )
is worth to spend more money? or maybe take cheaper one?

250 PLN is $80 USD. For a better processor and more RAM.

Usage - general gaming, graphic ect...
Intel Core i5-3230M or Intel Core i3-3120M
both have - AMD Radeon HD 8570M

Laptops are pretty bad for gaming in general due to overheating. Just a heads up.

I used to work at computer shop - yet it was long time ago - and I have some infos out of date...

I'm aware of overheating problems - yet my old one serve me well - over 5 years... but since lack of space I have stick with laptops...

Buy a Clevo barebone and build it yourself. Like I did.
