Maquis ZOI - NixOlympica - 03-11-2014
As I was setting up my Maquis character I have noticed the Maquis ZOI. It is Gallia itself, G. Borderworlds and Taus.
What I propose is to extend it also to Bretonia and Kusari.
Right now the activity is in Gallia and Gallic borderworlds is little to none and if some GRN are actually present, it's in Bretonia. Since the battleground has shifted there it makes reason for Maquis to be there too. As for Kusari, I believe that since they have openly allied with Gallia, they would have interest there too.

Don't understand how Maquis presence in Kusari and fighting the KNF etc. would help their cause to overthrow the crown.

Technically there tends to be a decent amount of powertrading traffic in Gallia. I think the ZoI is fine as-is.

Killing powertraders doesn't really fulfill my RP needs...
And I am not saying they have to shoot KNF just that their presence might be justified there. But Bretonia seems key to me. There is a reason why nobody plays Maquis and Brigands. They have nothing to do.

Suggest you ally with Bretonia and perhaps extend your ZOI there at the battlefront, would actually help your cause against the crown since you and Bretonia have some soft of same goals concerning Kingdom of Gallia at this moment. You both hate the king and the GRN..

Brigands have plenty to do. So does Maquis - Tau-23 is one of the most active places in the mod.
As for ZOI extension - Maquis might have limited ability to travel to Newcastle due to their base in Roussilon.
Just remember that they have no allies to count on in Kusari or even close to. On the contrary, they have a bunch of enemies.

Hmm, the current ZOI of the Maquis is fine because they mainly operate inside Gallia or taus too.

I think Maquis are Blood Dragons of Gallia. They are not interested into much space out of their ZoI, because they have their own problems to be honest. But I would agree on Newcastle.
