Bombito has been sanctioned for:
Server Rule Wrote:4.1 All attacks in Connecticut must be preceded by an agreement to such by all parties that will be involved in the combat.
Consequences: You must form an agreement with the parties you are shooting before you shoot them in Connecticut. Since you did not do so your ship has been stripped of its guns, so you should no longer be shooting people that you aren't supposed to be shooting.
