Creating a thread upon Aerelm demand.
SCRA requests from a Devs team to update nerfs on SCRA ID.
1)
Coalition ships/capitalships/weapons/capship weapons - 100%
Sirius Wide and Generic Civilian ships/weapons - 100%
Generic Unlawful transports - 100%
Bretonia Civilian weapons - 100%
Rheinland Civilian weapons - 100%
Red Hessian ships and weapons (not Capital ships and capship weapons!) - 90%
LWB ships and weapons - 90%
Bundshuh Weapons - 75%
Mollys ships and weapons (not Capital ships and capship weapons!) - 75%
2)
With this change in ID nerfs, we also request Bretonia Civilian and Rheinland Civilian weapons to be 100% on Coalition ships (if this will not create over-powered combination)
3)
Following SCRA HC members are to post here and approve these changes - Snake, Tabris, mtjsmith.
HC member Lanakov is away from Disco for unknown time so I doubt he will post.
HC member Aphil quit Disco for unidentified time and also will not be able to post.
EDIT:
This is a final SCRA request upon our tech nerf cells. This is completed version of how we want our cells to be. Unless there is going to be serious change in diplomacy that would require more changes, we shall not request anything else.
