First of all here is the original application I sent to the Omicron Supply Industries when applying. Besides the info given within the document. Now days the "Zoner" way of life started to make me feel sick. Escorting and Exploring the outer rim always had action in it, I was never bored. Now, I sleep all day, because the weirdos of my company take such awkward routes that they dont need escorts most of the times. I finally decided to join the Core after having a talk with one of your agents, Raven, or was it Reaver. I'm not sure.
Why do you want to join The Core?: Life of excitement. The Omicrons bring back old memories.

Detailed Background, a Paragraph (the more we can learn about you, the better): As a child I have always dreamt of space exploration and thinking if there is someone "else" out there. When I was 18 I was enrolled in Military Academy and I've passed good. I was given Liberty Dreadnaught and we went to "peace" missions. Fought with Rheinland, pirates , etc... On one mission we had to patrol Alaska. What I've saw made my dreams come true and also made me dissapointed. I saw alien race they named Nomads. I was disapointed when they attacked us I thought we were allies. Nomads were strong and when I heard for The Core and their goal I was practicing with cap ships so I can try to join your ranks.
Why do you want to join The Core?: I want to explore Edgeworlds and defend it from alien threat and also help establish System Laws of The Core!

Detailed Background, a Paragraph (the more we can learn about you, the better): I'm from Houston, and I the armed services straight out of compulsory education. After about a decade in the Marines, I got my big break and ended up in the cockpit of a Marauder heavy fighter that was aboard a pirate mothership that we cracked open. After three air-to-air victories, I got transferred over to the Navy, and spent the rest of my career in a Defender. After cracking open a cargo ship full of contraband Artifacts, I took my retirement and decided to move upstream.
Why do you want to join The Core?: Ideological reasons, but mostly to protect humanity from what's out there. I could only do so much in the Navy.

How long have you been playing Freelancer Discovery for?: Since 2013. Technically far earlier (ie 4.84), but not multiplayer.
Have you ever played a Core character before? Have you read the lore of The Core? Do you know what The Core is?: I played an indie forever ago (read: 4.86), and The Core is a paramilitary organization that gets cool toys and hunts criminals, plans on taking over the whole universe, but will keep to the Edge Worlds for now, however, you can find their ships hunting Wilde and the odd smuggler from time to time. Also, they're arms dealers.
How familiar are you with the Edge Worlds?: Know 'em like the back of my hand, courtesy of Open SP.

Ive got raised by my mother and my grandparents, my father was a soldier so he never spent alot of time with me. At the Age of 6 i visited School, my grades werent the best so i decided to join the army like my father did. After 2 years of academy
ive got deployed to leeds to contest the system. After 2 weeks of scouting we detected the gallic fleet near the jumpgate to Edinburgh, we faced them at the same day i was pilot in a light fighter, my goal was it to
destroy their non-capital ships as i engaged i got attacked by a skilled gallic pilot, we fought so intense that we lost track of our allies, both our ships were badly damaged so we decided to talk, it was a nice feeling he wasnt hostile at all even though we just tried to kill each other, at this point i knew that we werent that different, so i decided once i was back at my home planet for vacation that i quit my career as a soldier, i didnt knew what to do now but then i met my friend Jimmy who worked as a bounty hunter, he was very inspiring and at the end i became a bounty hunter. We flew a lot of missions missions succesfully and it was a good feeling to fight those who deserved it, but one day our mission went very different. We were told that there would be a dangerous pirate in Omega 11 so we went there to get us that sweet bounty but as we found him he didnt answered to our calls to stop so we engaged on him, He flew into an unknown jump hole, we followed him , as i entered the jump hole i heard voices in my head and i saw flashing lights, as we finally got out and looked around we noticed that we are surrounded by weird looking ships. We tried to fight them but for every ship that we destroyed two more appeared. As my hull droped low something wiped out all surrounding nomads, it was a huge fighter battalion, they identified themselves as the core. They said that we were lucky that they found us they dont like to be in the oegas that much but they heard of an increase of nomad activity. They brought us to the nearest base and told us not to talk about the things we saw.

Detailed Background, a Paragraph (the more we can learn about you, the better): My father always had a trade with Zoners, back in Denver. Even invited them to dinners sometimes. It was amazing how free these people were. They could travel anywhere in the Universe,do whatever they wanna do , live in riches and prosperity. Not stuck on a cold , grim planet like me. When I was 21 I told my father that I want to leave and join the Zoners. He couldn't deny this request, also he could run the business with my two elder brothers with ease.Next time his Zoner companies arrived, they took me with them. They took me to Omega-49... I've never seen such beauty in my life, and Gran Canaria was something to remember. I've been flying with my Eagle since then, escorting Zoners in the dangerous part of the Sirius. But.. it slowly turned out that Zoners are.. a bit too free. Letting pirates and terrorists on board, and not interfering while they attempt to attack other people. I've even witnessed other Zoners betting on fights outside of Freeports. No, this is not the way it should be.
I've been planning to join forces of The Core since the last year, but was waiting for the right time. I admire and support this promising faction.
Why do you want to join The Core?: The Order terrorists and pirate groups have too much tolerance in Omicrons. This is not right.

Have you ever played a Core character before? Have you read the lore of The Core? Do you know what The Core is?: Yes,yes and yes. The lore seem to be getting fixed tho.
How familiar are you with the Edge Worlds?: Best part of space? Hell yes. I can memorize most of the shortcuts and bases , I am quite familiar.
