Detailed Background, One Paragraph or So (the more we can learn about you, the better):

The Gioacchinis are a large family of Maltese blood settled in the Omicrons and on Planet Malta. They are mainly focusing themselves on smuggling, and running their own, small cartel full of debts. Ethan's father, Matteo Gioacchini fell in love with a young and rather experienced Bounty Hunter named Kailani Rose. They have lived like complete outcasts, far away from pretty much everyone's eyes, on Freeport 9. Ethan was raised there, among the other Zoners. The children of the Omicrons were living a quiet life there, far away from everyone's eyes. However, Matteo met an horrible death by orange Outcast tachyon guns. The inevitable just happened, since Matteo was covered in large debts. Now his ship's floating in the Napo Cloud, and his body is probably laying on a pointed, rusty iron pole on a junkyard in Malta. His mother left him alone on Freeport 9 for unknown reasons. He left Freeport 9 at the age of 16, with his stolen Sabre, being a complete moron and an hothead, in order to get some retribution for his father by himself. A maltese patrol identified his stolen vessel and engaged him. As he got chased by a large wing of Outcast fighters, he had to dock somewhere. As he approached Omicron Delta, a Core patrol defended Ethan, and engaged and destroyed the Outcast vessels. Unable to defend himself from the Core Vessels, he surrendered and he was sent in a rough correctional center on Alabama Shipyard. He was abled to leave the shipyards, 5 years later. With a brand new ID and a brand new Steelhead, he decided to try out his luck over the Omicrons, here and there in the Outer Rim. He entered the old Omicron Minor wrecks aswell, salvaging a lot of key engine components. Realizing he was making out little profit by it, he decided to work as a Bounty Hunter, obviously working for the Core, since his last name wasn't really accepted in the northen Omicrons anymore. After working alongside The Core for some time, he saw with his own eyes the powerful weaponry that The Core had to offer.The destruction of Freeport 11 was in fact an act of bravery from the Core, and the way he saw those Makos engaging those large Zoner Capital Ships was rather intriesting for him. There are still a lot of threats in the Omicrons, and Ethan's here to help the Core itself to eradicate and purge them all. Instead of choosing the ''spectator'' side, he decided to step forward, and to become part of the Outer Rim history.

Why do you want to join The Core/APM?: Because I would love to purge those damn Zoners once and for all. I'd love to personally defend the Core by any eventual threats, aswell.

Have you ever played a Core character before? Have you read the lore of The Core? Do you know what The Core is?: Yes I do know what The Core is. I got myself some time to read the entire lore, actually. And yes, I got a few Core chars on my own, and I used to have a lot of fun with them.

How familiar are you with the Edge Worlds?: A lot, since my very first characters were Outcasts.

How would you rate your RP skills out of 10?: 9. Unfortunately, I can't make a proper RP while i'm under attack.

How would you rate your PvP skills out of 10? What ship-types are you good in?: 6 or 7 out of 10. I'm doing some large general improvements recently, in pretty much every single class. I am quite good in Light Battleships and bombers,

Why do you want to join the The Core?: It's a good faction with an outstanding general reputation and I have a bunch of buddies into it.

Detailed Background, One Paragraph or So (the more we can learn about you, the better): I was born on planet Leeds into a blue collar family - my father worked for BMM as did his father and so on. Naturally I joined the mining workforce right as I came of age. When the frogeaters came and Leeds got under siege most of my family got killed in the fighting. At that time I was stationed on a the mobile mining platform "Rosmery" out in Dublin. Shortly after I have learned about the family drama, I left BMM and Bretonia alltogether seeing that despite all effort, the Bretonian forces are heavily outmached by the invaders - if it werent' for the spirit, the Kingdom would propably colapse a long time ago. During my time as shipbreaker I developed the conviction that wars are won not by numbers, politics, strategy or the mere will to fight, but by technological edge.

Why do you want to join The Core/APM?: APM will benefit greatly from my mining experience. Besides, I'm looking a sense of purpose - neither corporate work nor independant contracting could fill this void in my soul - I believe the APM can and for that I'm willing to work. Plus, I'm practically all alone in this Universe right now - I have nothing more to lose.

How familiar are you with the Edge Worlds?: I've been going about them with my miner and a junker character quite a bit

How would you rate your RP skills out of 10?: I'd say 7

How would you rate your PvP skills out of 10? What ship-types are you good in?: my PvP is still lower average, i'd say maybe 4, that's why I go for APM at the moment. I did some quite good fighting with HFs SHFs and GBs every once in a while and I'm praciticing my GB skills with the Bottlenose

My name's Tyberius Ryder, I am an ex-Navy soldier, who saw the terrors an the horrors of the Nomad War. I am one of the few Tactical Specialists Soldiers who managed to survive the Navy's "Purge" after the superior officers' infection with the Nomad lifeforms. Until then, I was enlisted in their special training program for an experimental science division in which the Navy desired to explore unknown and uncharted systems at the edge of Sirius. My passion towards science also gave me an idea of how to improve my tactical stratagems in various combat scenarios. But of course, the military life as a soldier primed. Being in an ever competition with the Rheinland House, the Liberty government issued our division, full credentials and permits to explore the unknown systems where we've encountered these creatures, when we've later realized that these were the Nomads themselves who created the biggest conflict in the history of mankind. The turning point was that some of my crew was infected with some sort of organisms and until we got back home, chaos started to appear. A fight for survival itself. Some of them were my friends, and I had to slit their throats and watch, to be sure they are dead and won't affect the data we examined, and the other surviving and healthy crew. Upon arrival the movements in the Navy already begun, the War was slowly starting.

My crew was filtered and sent to a "decontamination" area to the Alaska system. Lucky thing that my dossier was put on hold for the, said processing. My guts told me that something was not right and I messaged my wife and kid to get ready the shuttle for I left with a civilian transport towards good old Cali'. I had a friend on the Willard Station back then. Thing is... it didn't took too long to realize I was missing so I passed by the Station mentioned to pick my emergency stuff. A loaded handgun, food supplies, and small energy cells to power up my craft. A Dromedary waited me in the hanger bay so I left off for a Freeport in one of the Border Systems. During our travel, our vessel was stopped by a Slave Liner having Outcast ID and IFF. I fought as much as I could but, I couldn't take the entire ship by myself. So me, Amanda and little Zack were taken by them, despite our explanations, they didn't cared. We were taken to an Outcast base, I knew we were far away because I saw several systems away that we were heading towards the Edge Nebula. That scared me because I know what happened to my crew when I traveled there and this time I had my family with me, they were already in danger. I need to say that what I saw on that vessel, it only made me more furious and frustrated on the entire situation and on those pathetic whelps. Their body was infused with Cardamine and some reclusive figures appeared, very intriguing though, for they had some strange artifacts in their hands.

We went down to an Outcast base to the lower levels when I saw that.. the Nomads were for a long time present in the Edge Nebula. Corrupted humans were experimented upon and new test subjects where forced to be exposed to Nomad lifeforms to become "infected". They put me to work, even the kid, he put him to work god darn it. If i was to rebel they said they would sacrifice my family for their safety. Some of the Outcasts where frightened as well, some were at... peace. A strange peace I might say. I rallied some hostages when the shifts were made, and we tried to rebel when the next transport to take some unusual artifacts came by. We took control of several decks and I almost made to the transport. But one of the rebels got infected and he was sent upon us, it was a setup. I fought back but some more infected individuals came. They held Amanda and Zack. I was on the other end, I ran towards them. Their eyes were glowing and when I shot them down, they put Amanda and Zack in front. I killed my family by trying to protect them from the infectees. That was the last joke that life put on me. The chaos that was around me, I couldn't do anything.. I was lost. I couldn't believe what I did. A rebel got me and took me with him aboard the transport. I kept looking at the station towards the deck where it happened, even from afar.

Now, after 15 years, I've tried to find myself a way to put an end to my misery, to find redemption, to find vengeance. I heard about your group. I've heard about even the Order. It's not everyday that the warriors of the Nomad War who ended it, are hesitating against an elite fleet of Core tagged vessels. That got my attention, and so I came to your recruitment office.


Why do you want to join The Core/APM?: To seek vengeance against those who did harm to mankind for a very long time, to find my redemption and be part of something worth dying for.

Do you know what The Core is?: No I did not play any Core| character before, I only fought against but I was always interested in the perspective of the Core about advancement and progress. I read it and I know it's goals, at least those that caught my eye, transhumanism i.e.

How familiar are you with the Edge Worlds?: My main character that I RPed for years is staging there most the time.

How would you rate your RP skills out of 10?: 11

How would you rate your PvP skills out of 10? What ship-types are you good in?: I got to fight in most vessels, the VHF is kinda.. 5 to me, I never liked VHFs, I can do decent in a bomber, but I was better in heavier class ships. I used to pilot from BS to GB during the days when I was in the Order faction.

Why do you want to join the The Core?: Because I want a new experience in the Disco community and eventually maybe, discover also new people, I want to contribute to it's growth, why not if possible.

He also told me my mind was erased during a amnesia caused by the shock after the attack on my ship or atleast a explosion. The Doctor told me I was held in artificial coma for a half year. After a few days the Doctor said I could leave and start a new life. I believe it will be the right decision if I enlist into Core, because the Core safed my life not according which person I was before my Amnesia.

My name's Frank, I was born in liberty and wanted to see what the rest of sirus had to offer so naturally I signed up to escort traders throughout the Sirius sector. After a while that work got dull so I went in pursuit of something with a bit more excitement and took up bounty hunting. I targeted mainly pirates the odd smuggler or two, even managed to make one or two friends within the bounty hunters guild, one of them I became very good friends with. But nothing good lasts forever and it was about a year and a half later I herd that he had been killed in action taken out by an agent of the Order terrorist group, which lead me to join the core to take up arms against them.


Why do you want to join The Core/APM?: To destroy the order for killing his friend as well as the elimination of nomads and infected individuals.

Have you ever played a Core character before? Have you read the lore of The Core? Do you know what The Core is?: No I did not play as an offical Core| character before, I've played as indie core plenty of times, and in the past fought along side them. I've read the lore so I understand the RP behind the core as well.

How familiar are you with the Edge Worlds?:Fairly familiar, might need some brushing up on the core guard systems but that's about it.

How would you rate your RP skills out of 10?: 7

How would you rate your PvP skills out of 10? What ship-types are you good in?:I can fly all snubs and have fairly good survivability in them so I won't die straight away in a pvp encounter, I'd rate my pvp skill in snubs as average maybe a 5 or 6, in capitals such as gunboats or cruisers I'd rate it at 8.

Why do you want to join the The Core?: Because I largely play unlawful characters and want to give the other side a try.
