Detailed Background, a Paragraph (the more we can learn about you, the better): I was born on New London, my parents were both pilots in the Armed Forces so taught me to fly fighters and bombers with skill. When I was fifteen, they were both killed in a Molly raid, by a particularly well known criminal. I swore my revenge, and upon turning sixteen I used their savings that I had inherited to buy a ship and take to the stars. I spent the next few years working as a freelance pilot, running escort sorties for transport convoys and collecting bounties on any pirates I destroyed in the process, all the while trying to track down the man who killed my parents. Finally, after two years hunting, I received a tipoff from my contacts in the Bretonian Police that he was pirating the Birmingham Station trade lane. I flew there immediately, challenged and eventually destroyed his ship. With the money I made collecting the sizable bounty that was on his head, I was able to leave Bretonia behind once and for all.
Why do you want to join The Core?: I now find myself a pilot without a cause, and the Core seems like the ideal place for an experienced Bounty Hunter to make her next steps. I have left Bretonia behind me, I want to start again somewhere far away, somewhere where my talents will be useful.

How long have you been playing Freelancer Discovery for?: On and off since October 2013.
Have you ever played a BHG Core character before? Do you know about The BHG Core?: Never a core character, although I have RPed indie BHG characters before. The Core is essentially a fragment of the BHG leftover from the Battle of Toledo that are based in the Omicrons, who spend their time spreading their influence and territories through the Edgeworlds, collecting and using alien technology as they do so.
How familiar are you with the Edgeworlds?:I know my way around, although I have to admit I'm not as familiar as I am say with core House space, as are most people I expect.
How would you rate your RP skills out of 10?: 7, I can RP effectively but I'm still learning.
How would you rate your PvP skills out of 10? What ship-types are you good in?: 7 again, I'm fairly competent in snubs, and I have some Gunbout experience from flying with the |BAF, I'd like to get more experience in Cap ships though as they're something I've never really used.
Why do you want to join the The Core?: I like the RP backstory, and I want to join a faction where I can develop the RP of a Quasi-lawful private military pilot. I also want to develop my PvP skills, particularly in cap-ship combat and I have always liked the BHG cap-ship line.

Detailed Background, a Paragraph (the more we can learn about you, the better): Born and raised on Planet Cambridge, my parents made me goto flight camp from when I was 12, I loved excitement and danger, I always got thrill from fighting, I left my parents at 18 to set off in my own world, to go about things in my way. I started by doing simple bodyguard jobs and worked my way up, then I was a independant Bounty Hunter taking hit requests against Corsairs and Molly's. It got boring and thus I left for the Omicrons, and came across the Core.
Why do you want to join The Core?: Excitement. I learned about the Order and how scummy they are. It's danger and excitement, I'm all in for wiping out scumbags of the universe in the funnest way.

Detailed Background, a Paragraph (the more we can learn about you, the better): Now, this is a story all about how my life got flipped-turned upside down, and I'd like to take a minute, just sit right there. I'll tell you how I became the prince of a place called Freeport 9.
In West Philadelphia born and raised, on the playground was where I spent most of my days,chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool, and all shootin some b-ball outside of the school, when a couple of guys who were up to no good started makin’ trouble in my neighborhood.
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared. She said 'You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Freeport 9.'
I begged and pleaded with her day after day, but she packed my suitcase and sent me on my way. She gave me a kiss and then she gave me my ticket. I put my Holo-tainment Band on and said, 'I might as well kick it'.First class, yo this is bad, drinking orange juice out of a champagne glass. Is this what the people of Freeport 9 living like? Hmmmmm, this might be alright.
But wait I hear they're prissy, bourgeois, all that. Is this the type of place that they just send this cool cat? I don't think so, I'll see when I get there, I hope they're prepared for the prince of Freeport 9.
Well, my Cruiser landed and when I came out, there was a dude who looked like a cop standing there with my name out. I ain't trying to get arrested yet, I just got here. I sprang with the quickness like lightning, disappeared.
I whistled for a cart and when it came near, the license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror. If anything I could say that this cart was rare. But I thought 'Nah, forget it' - 'Yo, homes to Deck 3!’'
I pulled up to the room about 7 or 8, and I yelled to the cabbie 'Yo homes smell ya later!' I looked at my kingdom, I was finally there to sit on my throne as the Prince of Freeport 9.
Why do you want to join The Core?: I figured that the Thresh Prince would look better killing people in Core colors.

Detailed Background, a Paragraph (the more we can learn about you, the better):I was born on planet Houston into the Urban areas were drug smuggling and crime were rampant, my mother was a doctor who worked in Cryer Pharmaceuticals, my father was a member of the Liberty Navy he was the captain of a Siege cruiser.
Growing up always looked up to my father as a role model fighting against all who opposed the freedom that liberty granted, when I was 16 we moved to planet Manhattan were I finished High School, College, and decided to become a member of the LPI, however during my experience in the LPI I found myself being better as a captain rather than a fighter pilot, my skills were very well respected, my commanding officer told me that I should look more towards being the Captain of a Battleship, he said I would be a valuable asset to the war effort with Gallia and Rheinland, I trusted his judgement, he wrote a few letters to the high ranking officers of the LN of my abilities and I was reluctantly given command of a battleship the L.N.S-Massachusetts. During my time fighting I had for the first time herd of the Order and nomad threats. I was able to bear whitness to the usage of alien technology and saw the advancements it gave, while some said it was a bad idea, my realist views came to mind and saw the usage it would have for the war effort. Studying further, I had seen the Order and nomads past actions, and asked around about what was being done to fight them, then I was told about the core, I took a look at the Core orginization and saw they lacked pilots. Wanting the fight the order and nomads was enough to make me enlist, and so here I am now.
Why do you want to join The Core?:To eliminate the order and nomads, and use them to our benefit.

Detailed Background, a Paragraph (the more we can learn about you, the better): I was born, quite literally, in a genetics lab. My parents were researching genetic resequencing to improve the functionality of soldiers, scientists, administrators, etc. I grew up in the lab and participated in the training regimens of the so-called "super-soldiers." I aided in the experiments, monitored and took notes as a junior scientist.
In school, I had few friends. I was considered too aggressive, too forward, a bitch if you will. However, I was a leader. I minimized bullies by protecting my classmates, I was admired for my ability and also that I didn't ask for anything in return. Defending and protecting those who cannot do so for themselves is a calling, not a profession.
