First download a connection diagram of your Mobo then follow the sound.

Make sure that your Mobo speaker is connected and follow the signals.
Then replace the broken thing. I does not recommend to run the pc for more then short 30 sec boot tests. If you have space PC test parts individually.
I bet that one of the 3 things is gone- PSU,Mobo, or RAM. Or you haven't connected everything properly.

take a picture of your motherboard with what youve plugged in already, let us see if anything missing, also what is your motherboard model number?
