I personally would like to see the hackers have this ingame...but on the flip side it kind of makes sense that the LPI or Ageira would change the 'codes' (inRP) for the lanes frequently, restricting access for the hackers.

To give Police factions a unique gameplay element to offer a useful alternative to highly-populated Navy factions.

Igiss isn't here any more and hasn't been principally responsible for the server's operation for quite some time. Regardless, there's a difference between choosing whether or not to implement a feature at all, compared with deciding how a feature will be used.

Modifying the TLAGSNET code to be usable in a manner that would be lore-appropriate and balanced for LH is still a fairly low priority, so until that actually happens, the discussion is somewhat moot.

Give LH Net control = Dead LR, Dead Kusari, Rheinland, Bretonia... Pirates would leave their places just because of LH has Net control)) if you want more activity in Liberty and kill other locations then okay.

I was thinking about it actually and see no other option as enabling the net for LH only for the official faction (maybe sold on Airdrie?) and to be more limited than for the Police (maybe working only in the system that Hacker is in).

Eventually some rubbish like cloak: "net instead of cm".

In this version all the LH can see is the traffic in Liberty Space, they are unable to use the scan commands.

Hackers should have TLAGSNet. But kinda limited, maybe Alley's proposal, maybe Independent Worlds only.
