For those of you wondering what this sanction was about (I know I sure was confused at first), here's a little story.
Once upon a time, there was a troll named Sterlin, he lived in the cesspit known as Flood. One day, this troll wandered out of his home and found himself in a different type of cesspit which they call "http://z0r.de/". He journeyed around in this place for a while, where he discovered something he had not encountered before, it was A SICK RAP TRACK YO.
Troll Sterlin was pleased with this new song he had found, and quickly took it back to his home of Flood to show it to the locals and ask them if they knew what this magical beat was named so he could find a full version of it and listen to it over and over again.
With haste, Sterlin made a great sign for all of the province of Flood and the nation of DiscoveryGC to see, and wrote upon it "Song? Rap Lovers Click Here". He then nailed his new found song to the sign so all the locals could hear it, and then he waited patiently for the answer to be told to him.
However, there was a Lord of the land named Finn McCool. He was trekking through the cesspit of Flood in waist high waders when he came across Troll Sterlin's sign. What he saw, he did not like, no, he took great offense at what was written upon the sign and attached to it. His disgust was such, that he even sacrificed his bottle of whiskey to use it to burn this sign down. Lord McCool poured his whiskey upon the sign, struck a match, lit the sign on fire, and watched it burn down to the ground.
Why was Lord McCool so offended at this sign? What could've possibly been that bad, that he had to burn it down?
You see, unknown to Troll Sterlin, in his haste to unlock the secrets of THAT SICK RAP TRACK YO, he accidentally added an "E" where an "E" should not have been added upon the title of his sign. You see, instead of it saying "Song? Rap Lovers Click Here", it read as "Song? Rape Lovers Click Here", this was simply not kosher, even in the province of Flood.
In addition to this mistake, the song itself was somewhat heavy with words of ill repute, and lest any ears here these vile syllables, the song had to be banished from the land as well.
Troll Sterlin, still unaware of his actions, came back to where his sign once was, and looked around for it, confused. He was sure he had left his sign here, so he thought that one of the Lords must've moved his sign to a more fitting province. He was wrong. He searched and searched for his sign, but found it to no avail. He then asked another Lord of the land if he knew what had happened, but that Lord only spoke in riddles and secrecy, lest the Troll named Sterlin should receive any information a few minutes too "Soon™".
It was then that Lord McCool came to Sterlin, bringing a big stick, rope, a catapult, and an empty bottle of whiskey. Sterlin was frightened at what he saw! A sober Finn McCool, and an EMPTY bottle of booze?! He knew that this could only end badly for anyone in Lord McCool's path, and unfortunately, Troll Sterlin was the destination for Lord McCool.
Lord Finn beat the troll into submission, bound him with rope, and launched him from the catapult out of the nation of DiscoveryGC. The troll had been exiled from his home for a full 24 hours.
Moral of the story kids, always check what you write before you make it public, because it could lead to you having an angry sober alcoholic after you, and if his name is Finn McCool, then God help you.

TL;DR and boring version, I accidentally titled a thread "Song? Rape Lovers Click Here". I meant to type "rap" not "rape", added an E without realizing it, and didn't catch it before Finn saw it, So I Skyped a couple mods, one being Finn, and got an explanation of what happened.
