I am sorry for delaying this a bit, but matters like your proposal need some time to be processed. Taking in consideration past relations with Maltese Nation as a whole, you shall have the Storta-class destroyer under the following conditions:


Terms of Use Wrote:- The ship must not be used for any other purpose except for defense of the Junker bases and vessels.
- Our engineers will install a self-destruct algorithm. It might sound a bit extreme, but it is the only way of ensuring our technology does not fall into the wrong hands. Should something like that happen, and any other party takes control of the vessel, you are to immediately inform us of the situation, and the parties involved.
- The ship must -not- leave the system under any circumstances, expect if it is absolutely vital for the defense of Puerto Rico. Should that kind of situation happen, you are to inform us prior to leaving the system, and we shall send a fighter wing to escort you.
- Our engineers will place a tracking device which will be directly connected to a self-destruct system, attempting to remove it is not advised.
- We need to be aware of ship's callsign.

As soon as you agree to the terms of use, our engineers will start building it. I hope you understand how vital it is for the vessel not to fall into the wrong hands, and I believe in your ability to prevent that from happening.

Thanks for your answer,
It is an interessting offer, but i have to admit that i dont like some conditions.
I agree that the ship need a self-destruction algorithm, however, i would like that both parties have keys to activate it. One will be own by you and one will be own by myself or Arbiter Trenton. Do you think it's possible?
Another point i would like to discuss is the tracking device that you would like to install on the ship. I am sorry but i have to disagree with this. We understand your concern, but a device like this could be hacked by another party and we cant take this risk. However, i can promise that only Arbiter Trenton or myself will be able to fly this ship. I think that you both know us and that we are people who keep our promise.
About Puerto Rico defense, inform you prior leaving inverness system will be very difficult. Indeed, the ship will be move at Puerto Rico only in case of great emmergency. However, we will keep you aware during the resolution of the emmergency or just after.

The last thing i would like to know is if you agree that this ship help in the defense of Rayburn station, last free base in Leeds, preventing Gallics to invade the rest of Bretonia. I have heard rumours that you dont like gallics too, i think this option could help both of us in our common goal.

I would like to know if you find our conditions acceptable?

I must say I wasn't hoping for this kind of reply, but everything happens, I guess. I have taken a good look at your request, and as much as I would want to, I cannot make a decision by myself.

However, I seriously doubt administrator Leiseka will find it pleasing that you rejected such a generous offer. But, who am I to judge? I cannot promise you that your conditions will be accepted, at least not all of them, but they will be taken into consideration as soon as I manage to contact the administrator.

Your terms have been discussed with the administrator.
  • I fail to see any harm in you having the self-destruct code. I planned on giving it to you in the first place. However, excluding yourself, only one more high-ranked Congressman will be permitted to have the code. We do not want anyone blowing you out in the sky on your way back, as a result of ignorance and curiosity.
  • As for the tracking device, you have a point. It will not be installed, even if it is going to make me really nervous, considering I will have no clue where our destroyer is. Just make sure you regularly inform me of its unscheduled activities, if there are to be any.
  • Bringing a lone warship into a war zone is madness. Dozens of Bretonian and Kusari fleets have fallen under the Gallic one, what do you think will happen to a lone destroyer? It will be impossible to operate with that ship in Leeds unnoticed, and Gallics shoot first, then they ask questions. So, if a lone Storta would be compromised, it will be a matter of seconds before it gets blown to atoms. I am deeply sorry, but we cannot agree on this condition. Open your mind and think about why we are disagreeing. It is for your own good.

If you agree on the terms above, let me present you what we want in exchange.

Administrator Leiseka has informed me that she is short on young, healthy people, who are able to work without asking questions. As soon as you deliver 2.500 of them, you shall have your ship.
