gif + Photoshop ?? - nOmnomnOm - 08-29-2014 So here is the million dollar question. Is it possible to add a gif to a png/jpg image? Merge it together on Photoshop? For example.... I draw someone with a cigar and i find a gif of smoke. Can I stick it on and the smoke will move? RE: gif + Photoshop ?? - Findarato Veneanar - 08-29-2014 You could prob do it with gimp, make the cigar picture static somehow so that it is constantly in the background while the other layers play as the gif over the top of it. RE: gif + Photoshop ?? - nOmnomnOm - 08-29-2014 Alright now is it possible to make .... ok let me just show you..... http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/22/Animated_fire_by_nevit.gif That^ but make it like.... 3 of them side by side to elongate it RE: gif + Photoshop ?? - Luke. - 08-29-2014 I've tried googling this in the past. Couldn't find anything very clear. I'd love to make gifs but I'm useless. RE: gif + Photoshop ?? - nOmnomnOm - 08-29-2014 fingers crossed.... is it moving? No? ugh..... i thought if i imported it on Photoshop and changed every slide it would still move? maybe i did something wrong when i saved it RE: gif + Photoshop ?? - Luke. - 08-29-2014 I think Finn knows how. Try asking him. RE: gif + Photoshop ?? - Unlucky_Soul - 08-29-2014 I know you can do it in Adobe Flash. Haven't tried it in photoshop really RE: gif + Photoshop ?? - nOmnomnOm - 08-29-2014 I found something! Edit: I DID SOMETHING RE: gif + Photoshop ?? - |nfrared - 08-29-2014 Foochow did this for me, so yea, completely possible. RE: gif + Photoshop ?? - Corile - 08-29-2014 What you can do is import the image to a video editing software like Sony Vegas, VirtualDub or Adobe Premiere (I know for a fact that Premiere has this feature, but is bad in every other possible way so lol), edit in the gif/video file there and export it to GIF. It's a lot better since video editing softwares usualy have more options that would make the gif not look like crap. It's not pronounced jiff. @edit: I just checked, SV doesn't have this. |
