So, my ID states that I can help allied or neutral vessels. But does it mean I can also protect NPC (inRP: ask player to stop shooting at NPC of the neutral or allied faction) as well and consider that player hostile?
I mean, it is obvious, if other player has Pirate ID.

Yeah, it's perfectly fine. I do this all the time (provided that the person shooting the NPCs is of a different ID to me)
