I am the guardian of Tirane and I maintaine my long standing reputation of defending Omicron-74. This is my first relay to your orginization and I wish to begin it with a right foot. Omicron-74 has become a common traffic route to ships and vesels that come out from Theta and the houses - Because of this I wish to open an agreement with your forces - millitary wise. I understand you have your own set of rules to comply and follow - and I wish no attempt to disturb or to distrupt your operations - However, It would strengthen my guild's abillity to protect the system with your help and intelligence. Much like you, We don't like the Order very much, Although you won't hear us say so in public - Some would say we are hypocrits, but I would consider us as intelligent. You have more resources, more fire power and more connections that can benefit us very much. While its too early to negotiate things on the ground, I am open to the Idea of allowing one of your officers an office on our station - through which he could relay information directly to you - without us having to contact you again and again. Consider this as a chance for your guild to have an "outpost" in the system - with the obvious cover of my neutral guild. I will refrain from adding my requests for the time being, Until I am convinced that the guild is open to this discussion. I also understand that you may not know very much about me or about my little group, In that case I'll submit a short summary of who we are if needed.

David Dvir... that is indeed a familiar name from my time in the Bounty Hunters Guild Core. I do recall when we were given orders that you were now a high priority target, and that you were to be destroyed without mercy. I already know a lot about the Zoner Alliance, as well as all the conflict they caused.
However, as you have said yourself, you wish to get off on the right foot. The Core in some ways is the same as the BHG Core, but in others, it is different. Ergo, I won't ignore your attempt to start a fresh.
I will have to decline your offer to house personnel on board your station. For now, The Core can easily base of the various Zoner installations within Omicron-74 already, however the need for such itself is necessary given our other nearby bases we can use.
Although I already do not feel too strongly about giving anything towards a Zoner group within the Omicrons, I am intrigued as to what you wish to gain from us.
I await your response.

Information, Mr nodviet - I digress from any previous statement I made, I'm sure you are more focused on the firepower but today Information is strong as a cannon. You may have noticed that we have a satelite right around our corner which enables us to detect vessels from far beyond. While I'm sure you have your eyes and ears out there, Nothing gets anywhere near our superior technology. However, I have yet to fully understand your orginization - so for the time being I hope we can come to an understanding of sort. I'll open the gates for your people and in return I'll expect a few of your escorts doing a few checkpoints in the system every now and then - As there are many cloaked nomads in the area and I'm having trouble eliminating them all. It's not exactly a deal, but more of a security arrangement - It serves us both to see them crushed - What you do with their remains is your thin'.

Your proposal is sound, we'll keep an eye on Omicron-74 and make sure to eliminate any nomad presence in the region in order to secure the safety of the Zoner habitants.
Omicron-74 was already one of our regulated systems, so not much will change other than you know that we're watching out for any trouble.
