Speaking on behalf The Order as a whole, we have matter of utmost importance to relay and discuss with your house. An incident that if not tended to, could invoke war that is not in either of us benefit. I am Admiral Golanski, leader of The Order. We have enjoyed relatively stable neutrality over the years, that has not either detoriated or improved over time due to various differences and common ground we found.
We have agreed it with your national intelligence that their vessels shall not pass beyond Omicron Delta star system - system known by ALG as well who occasionally visit local freeport. As neither side would back off from sensitive issues that opposite does not approve, this pact held despite occasional incursions that were dealth swiftly and with no diplomatic fallout. Except it was broken this evening by official BDM representatives.
It is known by our operatives who were trailing your battleground and GMG witnesses who happened to be in area, BDM tresspassed Omicron systems under direct protectorate of The Order, not covered by any past agreement with Rheinland. Not only that, they have brought a hostile capital vessel with numerous fighter escorts along their own task force. To be precise, by hostiles we mean Kusari Naval Forces, who we are not on best terms since our own Nomad-related disagreements. Not only that, this taskforce proceeded to engage GMG ships while still on our territory. We are not aware of any recent GMG-Rheinland hostilities that would warrant it and according to what we know, Rheinland government respects The Guild as well we do.
As we are not coming empty handed, here comes the evidence of this combined taskforce aggression against GMG deep inside Edge nebula.

You have our sympathies. Our pilots were indeed present for the attack on the GMG. I shall strongly reaffirm our origination's stance of neutrality towards the Gas Miners' Guild. We respect their sovereignty and the occasional encounters we have with their ships are usually pleasant ones.
Our ships were present for the duration of the excursion and our leading officer on hand, Kommisar Koch, did indeed make note of this engagement as well. The Buro had nothing to due with the GMG's ultimate destruction once they entered what we have been told was restricted Kusari space. As your evidence clearly shows, Kommisar Koch ordered all BDM ships to stay close to the U-201 once the shooting started. Our sympathies to the GMG pilot, and we surely hope that his pod made it out intact and that he is well.

To Admiral Golanski;
I'm Kai Richter, ALG's security director. I'm not much of a long talker, so I'll keep this simple.
We're still no more than occasional visitors to the deeper Omicrons. Therefor we can't say much on the matter of politics in the region.
To put it bluntly, our policy for the far Omicrons is to make no enemies. Of course that means complying with the directives you have for systems under your control, as we always have and always intend to do.
It's not the same policy as certain intelligence organizations likely pursue, and while we have no doubts about the authenticity of your recordings, digging deeper into what these organizations were or are doing out there isn't something we feel we should be doing.
If we can be of assistance on a diplomatic level, I'm sure we can arrange something.
With all the new funding R&D's been getting, they might also be interested in making our trips to the region more frequent.

Unlike some certain organisations known to fancy themselves bully most if not entirety of Rheinland, The Order intends to remain at peaceful relations with your lot.

Kusari government forces are nothing but invaders in this part of space. We have established ourselves in central Omicron cluster long before KNF attempted to steal those worlds from us. The fact that you violated our prior agreement and were caught while in tandem with the invaders does not help your case. We do not want either of your organisations on our territory. We keep everyone out for a reason, friend or foe.
