I am Captain Charlotte Brooks, Commanding Officer of the Merchant Navy. Hope everything over on your end is running smoothly. Just a quick note regarding Project Bigfish. One of the neccesary materials required to complete the task lies in Kusari. To be precise, Optronics. We don't currently have access to Kusari and I believe you do. Is it possible to assign one of your transports to collect them? It would be very helpful because I don't fancy breaking any rules here with Kusari.

Good evening Capt'n Brooks,

we indeed have acces to kusari due to the treaty that have been made,
however regarding project Bigfish, that part of the required goods have been fulfilled
with 500 units to spare, just in case some might break down.
