How interesting. This is a registered .HX ship, however the Captain has been unable to be contacted at this point in time. We will look into this further. However, we are Zoners and as such we must take strides to ensure that we maintain neutrality, and to do so we must act quickly. As such, if you come across this particular .HX ship you have permission to terminate it, as at the current point in time the Red Dragon has been excommunicated.
