Outside Malta... I seem to recall someone with this name asking about our flagship... was that you? Maybe a month or so ago?
....Well in any case, hola!
I am Cardinal Mario Olmos, head of Cardamine operations for the Crimson Cross.
I've recently been asked about possibly using some of our gunboat-class vessels as escorts, now that our shipyards have yielded a few more of them that we may put to use. The problem I'm having here is that, by your own laws, these are not permitted within Liberty space, flying our banner.
So, while I'd love to be able to tell my pilots "Yes, keep our shipments secure", I'm unable to with the current standing laws.
I'd hate for an incident between our two peoples costing lives on either side to take occurrence, especially with the Unity talks going on. So I ask of you, what It'd take to get the Crimson Cross a pass on allowing Gunship-class vessels into Liberty.
Worry not, under my strict orders, they will be there exclusively for escort and recon. Extortion of the damned Libertonian's precious "trade" is none of our concern.

Your request seems to be okay and I will have a word with Padua Liberty Rogues. You can be sure I'm on your side and I will try to convice PLR, however! Your Gunboats 'MUST' assist The Liberty Rogues whenever is help needed, can't engage in Piracy and I demand... I repeat, I DEMAND informations and results of your recon mission. However you have to inform us about your 'RECON' mission before you start it and you need my or 'Approval' of my Underbosses or Clyde himself.
Inform me if you are okay with 'terms' and I will have a word with Paduans.

Well I had intended to contact the Padua Liberty Rogues myself here soon. I'm just waiting on confirmation on a few things from my own people for that..
Regardless, you truly believe we would leave our allies high and dry were they to come under fire?
I'm sorry you'd think that way, a shame really.
Si si, we will assist, and we would expect the same in return.
Truth be told, this is leas recon, and more escorting our transports with some of our gunships, although I'm not opposed to joint Rogue/Cross operations.
