So the Coalition has a very limited source of raw resources Inrp. So a proposition, why not add a moderate sell point for all ores there it would make sense that we would buy most ores. Certainly not a place where Freelancers would flock to but more like if a Red Hessian/Molly was pirating a convoy had some ore and felt like dropping it in 52 to support the Coalition's economy.
So thoughts?
Note: I say moderate because relatively speaking 52 isn't too far from the Taus or the Omegas were A lot of ores are mined with only a few exceptions.

What he is proposing is not for traders Snak3, but for pirates or those whom happen to be in the area. I assume OP means something in the middle ground. You can sell ore or commodities for more than say 500 a unit, but less than the higher end of sellpoints. Thus it not being advantageous to go out of your way to sell there.

We have Junkers and Hogosha stations. We have Junker players who can fence of ores. ( Done plenty of these with JM| and other Junker indies )

But we're not talking about Junkers or Hogosha with multiple stations or systems. The Coalition has only one system, and in my personal opinion could use some loving. So the point that OP made is not unfounded, and could be interesting. So this is not specifically about commodities or ore like you are thinking. It's about granting some inRP benefit to having some sell points in Omega 52 for the Coalition.

While Junkers are understandable, Hogosha currently are not very good bases for fencing stolen goods, specially for that to work, you have to pirate non Kusarian, and move to Kusari to sell to the Hogosha, which you could probably do in civilian stations around, if can be neutral to hogs.
Also having neutral/good rep with Coalition is apparently hard for non-generic traders, so it's not likely to have suddenly Gateway or Kruger convoys heading to the deep omegas for a better deals with he commies.
Inrp, you would ask: can they afford it? Vodka sales?

I endorse this topic.
As for 'affording'. The Coalition IRPly doesn't just manufacture Vodka, we also create (In Lore) Military-Grade Arms/Equipment and the surplus we have is sold/granted to our allies (Mollys/Red Hessians and other movements aligned with our cause/ideals). Unfortunately for balance these aren't sold for good prices (Light Arms) on our planets and thus most if it is IRP.
Still it would be an alternative for Hessians/Mollys and other aligned pirates/groups who are friendly/neutral with us if they don't simply want to dump it at a Junker Facility.
