i want to build a base but have no idea where i can buy all the things:
140 PlasFoam Conduits
140 Industrial Hardware
100 Reinforced Alloy
140 High Performance Alloy
50 Optronic Arrays
50 Heat Sinks
30 Fusion Diodes
would be nice if you help me!

The commodities are written with their old name, and new name in parentheses (you need the new name). You can look up the bases on Wiki, that part should be 95% accurate (I mean the location of the bases).

Remember to either build your base in free (and safe) space or register it with the appropiate authorities if you're gonna build it in restricted space. This will save you a lot of trouble and potential frustration (in case it becomes destroyed :S).
