Fleshpetals has been warned for:

2.1 System and local chats are to be kept in roleplay and in English at all times. Any OOC (Out of character) chat should be marked with " // " and only used when absolutely necessary. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.
Consequences: It always amuses me when I see players accuse others of breaking rules and then they go break one themselves by threatening to report. I read your chat logs where you claimed to work in law enforcement in rl. As far as server rules are concerned, you are not law enforcement here. If a player is breaking a rule, you may report it, but beating them up about it, especially when they did nothing wrong, is kind of silly. A player may have the word 'angel' in their name as long as it's not the tag, [Angel]. A player may have the words, 'Turbo' and 'Charged' without being accused of cheating. Please, take this warning to heart. If you are in doubt about a rule violation, ask another player, an Admin or an Angel. Do not rules lawyer or threaten to report again.
