Greetings,

My name is Desmond Noble, I'm the current Fleet Admiral of Taskforce Gladius, a division of the Hellfire Legion. I'm not much of a businessman, so I'm going to cut right to the chase. Several events occurred within the Legion, and we now find ourselves lacking in raw and general materials. Niobium, Industrial and Mining machinery, engine components and the like. Gladius would like to negotiate open trade with the IMG, to establish an economy that would benefit the both of us.

Vive et, in libertate moriamur.

**** TO: Fleet Admiral Desmond Noble ****

Dear Fleet Admiral Noble,

Somehow this transmission got lost in space in one of the Tau relays that were recently damaged by Outcast incursions. I apologize for the long delay of our answer.

I am curious about the cooperation attempt as the last attempts proved to be difficult. With Freeport 4 being practically under Liberty Navy command, our operations that would be deemed shady to Liberty are hard to perform. Logistically, large scale operations are nearly impossible without relaying data via Freeport 4, but with the Navy listening in and controlling large parts of the communication grid, it's impossible to do that.

All I can offer are small scale, smuggler operations that the Guild would deny if caught. Some of the more daring pilots in the IMG might volunteer for such missions, if the paycheck is right. It would be our job to make the risk seem attractive.

So if this deal is still valid, let me know what you think about and we can try to work something out. Small scale, likely. But small scale might be better than nothing.

Yours sincerely

Jack Henderson
