Dear [Star] Ceo,

Few hours ago, The Brotherhood received a report that you facilities located in Omega 9 have been under attack by one or few corsairs ships. Be sure this attack was not approved by our Elders nor by any high ranked corsairs of The Brotherhood.

The incident is currently under investigation. The Elders and The Brotherhood forbid all attack on any [STAR] facilities in omega 9 by independants corsairs and groups including but not limited to:
- ECG
- OPG
- CNS

However, we also heard that your facility have been offering shelters to some ships that were hunted down by corsairs. For now we don't have reason to believe or deny such affirmation from independants corsairs. If issue is real, to keep a good relationship, we would ask you to close your doors to any ships that aren't flying under the [Star] Banner.

Also to be sure to protect all food shipments you sending to Planet Crete, we would like to know the ID of each vessels that are flying cargo to the Empire. If ANY incidents should occur, be sure we will deal with the problem with diligence.

Though I have been attending to family business and less than active in the combative pursuits of the Brotherhood, I wish to remind you that the actions against the independent ship Black Sails is not a one time occurrence. On this occasion they employed IMG, a freelancer and a Hessian bomber against our Corsair cousin from what I've been told. In the past, similar events have taken place, with these so called "zoners" employing our enemies against our kind.

While I commend your investigation senor, I would ask that the restrictions you imposed be lifted until such time as your investigation is complete. It has always been the Corsair way that we trounce those who fail to give us proper respect.

As CEO of Star Enterprises you can imagine how difficult it must be to uphold such diverse political standings with my surrounding neighbors. Being a Zoner isn't always about making bigg Credits of exploring the unknown but also making those around us happy. First of all, i would like to thank you for the food shipments you provided us. With this food rations, we will be able to feed alots of citizen of Crete. Gracias amigo!

Next, like you saw, Genevieve Tigressa de la Fortuna invited herself in the conversation. Her grief about the attack on the "Black Sail" is a serious accusasion. Before taking a decision regarding her accusations, i'm willing to hear your side of the story about Hessians and IMG. For now your crews and ships are welcome to Gamma as long you follow directives given by corsairs in the vicinity.

For now we would like to have access to your pilots database to check if such event did occur and what was the reason for the "attack". I won't ask you the list of you clients because i know they, like us, want go keep their identity secret and i can respect that BUT if you planing to play on both side we might have an issue here. I'm sure you understand the situation.

Your stations are not what you zoners call "Freeport". We can tolerate such facilities around our turf but what we can't stand is one directly in our yard. As you know, Omega 9 is one of our main transit area for several sectors. A corsairs pilot pilot who can be trusted, reported earlier that he needed a place to land and refuel but got access denied which convinced me that your installations doesnt correspond to a "Freeport".

You said "We understand this can cause issues with other factions thus forcing us to choose our allies wisely". Right now this statement is unclear to me. Do you mean you concider us allies? If so you should close your doors to at least Hessians and restrict IMG docking to refueling only and open us your doors.

I'm currently sitting between two chairs. From one side independants call for vandetta and on the otherside, our starving citizens need food. The Empire need a clear statement of your intention regarding the sitution.

Like i've said, before, Welcome to Gamma and keep the food coming.

Senora Genevieve, with all due respect, i would like also that you send me your story and if possible your flight logs and your flight record. If you can give us strong evidences, we will deal the way the Elders and Brotherhood high command see fit. Maybe you would prefer we mount a full scale assault on their bases and i can understand your feeling about the whole story but welfare of ours citizen has to come first. As you already know, piracy alone can't provide us with enough good too substain our growing population.

For now, all corsairs patrolling the omagas should gather as much informations about the [Star]. Provide us strong evidence and we will deal with them. Until a final decision is made, we allow them docking rights on Crete unless they are escorted by IMG or any unwelcome guests. If it should happens, your missions is clear, deny access to our facility, contact immediatly The Brotherhood High Command and deal with the problem with extreme prejudice.

Gary Shaw CFO Of Star here,My CEO has become a bit swamped with paper work and has requested I Speak to you,Firstly yes we are not a traditional Freeport bit we are A Free port of that make sense,Making the base base more Traditional free port is being discussed,our Guns are not aimed at the Corsair Nation they are aimed for the frequent Wilde and Free lance pirate attacks',with the exception of OPG Bandito...That one seems to enjoy making the Base Defenses Shoot at him,A CNS was there observing this,I would like To grant the Elder Docking Rights and extended a Personal Invite to the Base,As well as Grant the CNS access,We grant any who ask access provided they have shown us Zoners no Harm Which the Elders and CNS have graciously done The logs you requested are apart of the Paper work My CEO is busy with.

Alberto Rodriguez. A respected individual such as yourself can surely see the danger these so called "Zoners" are capable of. Zoners in the past have not been fairly kind to our people. I needn't remind you of those Zoner Alliance gringos who marched to battle in colony ships. Zoners aren't to be trusted. Especially ones so close to Hessian territory. How do we know, that they aren't filthy Omega-squatter supporters? I for one, will not sit idly by while they manufacture advanced war devices for our enemies. Should the Remnants find any trace of filth occupying their dirty station, we will not think twice before blasting it and it's occupants in to the vacuum of space where they belong.

Consider this your only warning, Star.

We are Trying to appease The Corsair Nation we are not like the Zoner Alliance. As for the "manufacture advanced war devices" We are able to Build them for You as well Sir or for Any Corsair that wants such devices we hold no bias. Nor do we Even ask why you want such devices. Is this acceptable? would you like a Personal visit to the base as well to examine our goods?
