Cossa has been sanctioned for:

This one is pretty simple. You can't have a Liberty Carrier with an LSF ID.
I'm not going to take anything from you as this is an easy fix. You have a few options. First, request a smaller ship. Downgrade, and you can keep the LSF ID. The other option is you merely get a Liberty Navy ID instead, and are released from jail. Would save you a few credits if you swapped IDs.
Make a post here with which of the options you'd like, and we'll get you out of Jail.
