New Blood Dragons Logo - Big_B - 02-02-2015
Currently I'm working with some friends on a new BD Logo in school, because I want a unique Logo rather than taking a random dragon out of the Internet
We already made a sketch

I think my friend got a bit too much into it
I plan to simplify the sketch to make it more look like a Logo than a tattoo,, open the mouth of the Dragon a bit more and maybe make the claws sharper. Everything gray will be red later.
So, what do you guys think?

well to be fair there are people that draw well and people that can only draw sticks.
it is the concept though at this point.... though i dont think i like the composition much. looks as if the head is twisted.

Well... we used the Vanilla logo as a model... and it that the Dragons head is also twisted back

Anyways... I made this thread for the opinions and suggestions how to make it better.... how would you guys do it? Its still only a sketch so we can go over it again

yeah but at least it is a more gradual twist. its a more Asian serpent dragon.
what you are making is more of a European-style dragon.

I think it's nice B, but the wings don't feel right though imo.

Alright, we are going to give it another try tomorrow in school.
Also, turns out the new BD logo is not a random but also a self made one.... sorry!

What that dragon is an Asian Lung, the Asian alternative to Dragons. The issue with your sketch is that it is represented as an European Dragon, which is why the head appears to have been dislocated. If you drop the wings, then stretch out the body with 4 smaller legs instead of the chunkier legs, you should get a more pleasing product.
