Having a forum account only 3 weeks old I might get torn a new one for posting this but here it goes
1 - Metagaming.

" Metagaming: When game information outside of what is available in a game is used to give a player an advantage in-game. "
So unless we manage to hide all playes from the chat list & thus never see when our friends are online I don't see the problem being solved any time soon. The new launcher also has a feature to show which player logs off & on which prevents you from hiding your alts so for the time being deal with it. I've had encounters where pirates would follow me into certain systems, possibly just coincidence, but the cat & mouse game made it slightly more interesting (trading gets boring - I only have so many series' on my hard drives). I know for a fact that lots of playes use both the chat list & read forum threads they're not supposed to as well as watch for when pirates/taders log on.
2 - Cloaking. My opinion - leave it as it is.
3 - The Omicron drama
So a few players thought it would be a good idea to troll with their capital ships and now any future role play is screwed.
Some Zoners thought it would be funny to take their Nephylims into Gama & kill Corsairs
Corsairs hate Zoners, Order & Core - they want to know nothing about Zoners turning to them having nobody else they can ask for help now in Omicron.
Order are now hostile to Zoners & Core and in the past apparently caused bad blood with Corsairs
Core want to see Sirius burn and according to their lore page their ZOI is Borderworlds, Edgeworlds & House Space. Also note their outdated diplomacy.

There are not enough Zoner caps that I know of for proper RP battles and Zoners are at an unfair disadvantage. Guess I'll never get to hunt Marduks with the Order.
4 - Rules of engagement - You know who you are. Stop making the Admins' life hell.
5 - Player deaths
" 3.4 Fleeing from combat and then docking at a station or planet while you are in 10k range of the ship you were fighting counts as PvP death. Freighters and transports in this case may return to the system for the sole purpose of trading."
So if a pirate kills you can you enter the same system you were killed in for trading?
