This is what we require for the Munich relief effort. The shipments will be split into aid packages consisting of:

10 000 Units of Food Rations
5 000 Units of Pharmaceuticals
5 000 Units of H-Fuel

For now deliver a single aid package to Eltmann outpost and we will handle the distribution from there. Even though this barely covers the needs of Nuremberg and Augsburg, we expect to see results when this is combined with all other ongoing efforts.

Now for our side of the agreement:
If you see enemy activity in the area, report to us and we will increase patrols in mentioned sectors.
If there is immediate threat to any of your transports in the sector, regardless of whether or not you are carrying our supplies, contact us and a fighter wing will be mobilized the same moment.
Finally, if you except there will be danger during shipping you may request fighter escort and we will provide it if possible.

We will contact you as need for more aid packages rises. I hope this will start a strong relationship between our two factions.
