Player Sanctioned: Nuclear_fleet - Hawk - 04-15-2015
Nuclear_fleet has been sanctioned for:
Quote: 3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.
Consequences:
Here's the deal. Even when you have a right to be shooting at someone, you have to role play with them. You can't just shoot someone without saying a word just because they are red. You're guns have fallen off and your hold was cleared to make room for the notice.

If this was the situation with the players of Wild faction, it seems to me that 10 min of talking and roleplay was sufficient, isn't it?

We've reviewed this. There was some interaction before this, but it was not very solid RP and much of it was OORP. We're going to let this one stand and suggest that you take some time to read over the rules. I'd be happy to chat with you about this if you have any questions.

I sincerely apologize to the players and admins. I really love Disco and Freelancer.
Its a pity that after the sanctions my reputation is now destroyed.
Next time in a very long persecution of players I will trying to write the replica every 30 seconds for full compliance with the role play.
If I can raise my typing speed, then I'll try to do it every 20 seconds.

I don't think the quantity of words was your problem. You had a lot. The problem was with the quality. Much of what you typed was OORP. Frankly, it was difficult to discern when you weren't speaking OORP. Clean that up, speak in character and you'll be fine.
