Experimental Module Yokosuka: Arsenal Office - Kusari Uchugun - 04-27-2015
Currently the Yokosuka has one production line dedicated to the construction of Docking Modules for the Naval Forces vessels.
In an arrangement with Samura Industries and Kishiro Technologies (?), the Yokosuka is accepting the contributions of both keiretsu for the improved production of the modules, in return of the liberation of part of the of the modules to the biggest contributor.
Every second module will be given to the best of the keiretsu, upon the completion of a set of two docking modules by the Yokosuka.
Requirements:
- Vessels belonging to Samura Industries (Samura|) and Kishiro Technologies (Kishiro|) must report on this channel their deliveries.
- A minimum of 10k units of materials must be delivered on each module by the keiretsu pilots for the same keiretsu become eligible to receive the module. (A total of 20k for each pair of modules).
- Completion of each module will be announced here, and evaluation will be performed at the end of each series. Grant of the module will be done before the start of the following production run.

We are delighted to see how fast the construction of these modules is coming along. The second module has already been completed thanks to your reliable shipping service.
As promised, we will offer the second constructed module to Samura in return for your service.
You're invited to pick it up on Yokosuka whenever it pleases you.
Construction of the third module will begin tomorrow and you're of course invited to continue supply us with the needed materials.
However, we would also hope for some support from Kishiro as well. Kusari will only be strong if we all work together.

Due to the malfunction in transport's recording devices the records of second cargo scan of Plasfoam Conduits were lost. I hope this does not create any problems for you because the materials have been delivered and the module should be constructed by now.
As for generous offering of second docking module for usage in Samura Heavy Industries, we in the Board of Directors think that at this moment have no valid use for it and have decided that it's full potential would be better fulfilled in Kusari Naval Forces.
We are awaiting further information about commencing of construction of fourth docking module.

We're making good progress and are even ahead of schedule.
As such, the production of the next module is halted for at least 7 days while the refitting of the Ashigara is taking place.
