Greetings.
I'm writing this letter to you because our ships are not protected from nomads for 100% and we taking big risk transporting nomad remains to Palmer station. We searched for way out of this situation and it wasn't easy because zoners have bad relationship with Order at this moment and BHG Core ships are also piloted by humens and the can be controlled by nomads. We found solution for transportation those dangerous nomad remains from Omicrons to our secure lab in Omega 3. It tooked alot of time but we managed to "speak" with AI Core vessel with our computers and he agree to bring us needed nomad remains. We think that AI is best solution in this work as he cannot be controlled by nomads. He agree to assist only if he comes on AI Cruiser type ship as Omicrons are very dangerous plase.
We are asking special permission for AI Cruiser vessel enter Omega 3 for nomad remains delivery. While in Omega 3 this vessel will turn off his weapon systems untill he's been attaked. That was our agreement with it.

We are a bit perplexed with your communication. We have check the Neural Net to make sure our Laws are readily available and they, as far as we can tell, are. Maybe the transmitters need upgrading in Omega 3.

We will also point certain aspects of the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law, so that there should not be any misunderstandings. The Laws state:
'Within the Domain of Her Majesty Carina I, Queen of Bretonia, Empress of the Taus, Sovereign of the stars of Dundee, Chester, Lewis, Orkney, Inverness, Poole and the Near Omegas, the following Rules and Regulations shall be enforced by the agents of Her Majesty, the Crown'.

As for the question of bringing in to Omega-3 Foreign Capital Ships we will point you to Chapter 4. Crimes and Illegal Conduct, Sub-section 4.7 - Foreign Warships, which clearly states:
'Foreign warships are banned from Bretonian borders, without prior permission of the Bretonian Government or War Cabinet. Capital ships may also be escorted through Bretonian-claimed space by a ranking officer of the BPA) or BAF|.
Vessels acting in contravention of this order will face a minimum fine of 5,000,000 credits and immediate expulsion from Bretonian borders. Warships are classified as cruisers/destroyers and larger.
Exceptions: viewable by those excepted and Bretonian lawful forces only
Capital vessels part of the Liberty Navy Expeditionary Force - [LN] in New London, Newcastle, Manchester, Magellan, Cortez or in pursuit of Gallic forces.
CR| and =VG= capital ships within Magellan, Cortez or in pursuit of Gallic Forces.
[101st], CL} and other approved MNS capital ships in Newcastle or pursuit of Gallic or Corsair forces.
