Yuki appears on screen, crossing both her arms and speaking loudly. "We found both of your bases next door to our home, and more so, we found our enemies docking on them as well. We don't like that. And more so. We won't stand for it either."
She turns and starts walking around the wooden table in the room "I'm holding back attack dogs right now to speak. Lets say the sisters and some other Dragons would love to take a shot at your bases after finding out who they belong to...which was easy, after one of your men, a Samura captain, a train class, was caught docking on it after trying to escape questioning by my the forward fleet officer." Turning and sitting back on the chair behind the desk
"I on the other hand think we can become...rather...reasonable business partners...so to speak anyways...we won't attack your stations and cut off supply lines, as long as you pay us a total of a two hundred million per month for both stations...and before you 'dogs' try to come and lie to me, about not having the money, I found out one of those stations has a ton of ore in it and is inside a field loaded with ore..."
She grins and leans forward "If you think I'm lying, I can have a siege force situated within twelve hours; ready to knock those bases into the star's they orbit. And trust me when I say this..our second battleship recently came into play and the captain, Saito is her name, rather dangerous lady...would be more then happy to test her new 'toy' against your stations hull...I myself would test it on the Fuji as well." she leans back and seems to compose herself "I'll let you think over what I've said here. You got forty eight hours to respond here before we launch a siege force..and twenty four hours before we launch raids against the suppliers of those bases."
She paused and nodded with a sigh, glaring at the screen "Oh and, if we find any naval force vessel's or police vessel's docking on those bases, the time will run out much faster then I gave you..and more so, if I get a report of your own vessels attacking us in Nagano, then I'll stop being nice and then play hard ball."
Smiling and sitting back "However I'm going to be kind for now. If you don't want this to end badly and want to avoid any hostiles for those bases for a while..say...three..maybe four months? Then pay us about seven hundred million for the 'easy way out'." She rolled her eyes "Or go the hard way, and pay two hundred per month and run the risk of still not getting 'protection' like we offered. If you do pay the seven hundred million..then I can assure you, all operations you do in Nagano will be left untouched by the Blood Dragons..if you think I'm lying, then that's your choice."
Shaking her head "Regardless. Two hundred million per month and you get to keep your stations there and do whatever you want with them however still hold onto a slight risk...seven hundred million per three and a half months and you get to keep your stations and the bonus of the Dragons avoiding your operations in Nagano...or you can say no or ignore this transmission, and I'll prepare the siege fleet and raid squads for combat against your stations and yourselves as well." She looked away for a moment "Remember, this is your choice, I'm merely a messager for the Shogunate himself...for now, however if you refuse...then I'll become the siege officer until you cave in..." Yuki holds up her finger "Even after the forty eight hours are up, I'll still give you the chance to pay us. If you do during the siege, then I'll call if off and we'll go home and leave you alone. HOWEVER, should you call in the Naval force or even the state police during the siege, then your chance for redemption is null and void after that."
She looks back at the screen "So there are three options on the table..one good..one bad...and one neutral...if you decide to pay, the money goes to BD|Mount.Fuji or to BD|Mount.Kongo. And another thing. If you refuse..I have a state number of ships ready already for this operation..." she grinned and looked at the screen while licking her lips "Two battleships, three cruisers, five gunships and a handful of bomber crafts...and that's just us, that does not include the independent Dragons or even the Sisters if they show up..." she waved her hands as a good bye to the screen.
"You got forty eight hours as of right now. At 18:00 UTC, May 15th, I will check this comms transmission again to see if you answered, if not, the raids on your supply ships will begin. At 19:00 UTC, May 16th, if you've still not answered, then the siege will begin thirty minutes after 20:00 UTC on May 16th. Times ticking, and please don't be late.." She giggled as the comms link went quiet a few seconds later

Yuki sighs as she appears on screen "You have four and a half hours left, all of my captains and pilots are prepped for the assault and I got some extra back up as needed." She looks at the screen and raise a brow "I hope you are wise enough to act soon, as one of those bases are weak as it stands; and it gets to be destroyed first." She rolled her eyes "If you refuse, I recommend getting everyone off those stations, I don't want a loss of life on your hands because you refuse."
Shaking her head again "I do hope you wise up, as myself and the others have scouted out those bases and we found their weakness's. We'll exploit those weakness's if needed to get your attention as." she seems to smile however "However, I'm a good sport when it comes to attacks and I know how people want honorable one on one fight's against us. So...I'll give you a short list of what to expect."
"The Fuji wing; One battleship, the Mount Fuji itself and two cruiser escorts; along side three bomber escorts for it as well. The Kongo wing, another battleship, the Mount Kongo itself, along side two more cruiser escorts and three more cruiser escorts. Then third wing, the assault wing, which will be made up of fighter's only which will take care of any pesky...people that want to stop us. Then the fourth wing which will be made up of the other parties that join us, including other independent Dragon's, the Sister's guild and other...'unlawful' or neutral parties that wish to join us against these stations."
Shaking her head once more "We're ready and willing, you got four hours and thirty minutes left to think about this...please consister my first...business proposal...and we all walk away without fighting...the choice is yours."

Miss, who I assume must be a secretary of some sort, perhaps if your boss had actually sent the transmission, it might be regarded. Space is men's business, of course, and I'd be happy to speak to your boss about matters. If you could prepare some tea for that, it may expedite things, too.

She shook her head "I did warn you that if the naval force showed up, there would be..'lets say problems'." She sighed "And I figured we could be friends but after the attacks done by the Hogosha, Farmers Alliance and finally the naval force themselves, you better make up something quick to make us back off." Theres an explosion sound behind her and the comms repeat 'Direct mortar hit on Xuanming.' "You see, it better be fast, as were already here..and in force.."

Shaking her head again "Which is now 250,000,000 per month but sense I'm a nice person, I'm going to give you two weeks to pay that off...at the end of those weeks, if there is no payment, then I will be quite..displeased..and before you go on a rant about we can't do this, I recommend you check the fleet wreckage around your base, I'm sure we can...you got forty eight hours for that first payment before we attack again. You have been warned, and next time, any civilians found in the area, better leave, as many of my men and women are..unhappy..due to all of this.."
