I must say yet again, an incredible service your pilots are giving, earlier today I had a conversation with a department head, it went like this:-

Sir, Were overworked sir

What do you mean over worked?

The amount of supplies coming in, is more than we’ve ever had before

Really? Is there enough space

For now yes, were packed solid, it’s just amazing, sir we request a shift rotation, there’s enough crew for that, I suggest 50 crew per 8 hour shift, should cover it all, and give much needed rest to the others

Ok crewman, put that in place, organise shift rotations, and while you’re at it, tell them if any crew member offers to do overtime, their hourly rate of pay will be doubled, but tell them to put their families 1st, I don’t want reports of grumpy wives/husbands/partners because a family member can't get home to spend quality time.

I’ll have to try to arrange more crew members, possibly 200 more, Poena will need a major upgrade to our systems and extend living quarters and cargo hold space.

Very good Sir, ill report back soon, should be on your desk by 8am

Its great news that you are hiring extra crew making it easier for us to drop off supplys. We will try to continue our steady supplying
