seems like post effects to me. i.e. this isnt a sound mod, they just added the sound effect into the editor.

Yeah, it's added in the video. I don't believe that's a sound mod actually.

Sound from the footage was ripped out and replaced with sound effects in post
The bridge mod is available.. Somewhere on the forums, isn't that hard to find, and I recommend everyone download it
