OC-Shlizhak has been sanctioned for:
Consequences:

If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.

I.. Don't really know. Usually I like making stories in these things. Although this is so painfully simple I can't do that.
I was sitting nearby cloaked on an [A]dmin vessel, and I see you fly up to someone, say "Engaging" and attacked him.
It's not often I get to use the .kill command, it made me a happy man.
You're required to RP in some form or another before attacking someone. You can't do that. I took some credits, and your guns fell off.

O.K. - Simply, I was asked by a player (JAN.HARPER (or similar)) to assist him in the fight against ~Connor~. So I "thought" roleplaying by saying "engaging connor" would be sufficient to interfere. It was too simple, painfully too simple. Of course, Admins are always right.

Second: It is very unfair, to remove the engine from my vessel. I cannot start from the base without engine and could not buy and install any one of those engines available. "Thank you for your cooperation".

Hey there. I was there the entire time. I even searched the server logs. - If you were asked to assist, it wasn't through ingame chat. Even so, you need more than that. The rule specifically states that saying "Engaging" as not proper. You sorta hit the example directly.
I don't remember removing your engine. I put one back on.
