Players Sanctioned: SCC|Basilisk and SCC|CPW-Soviet.Kodiak - Hawk - 06-11-2015

SCC|Basilisk and SCC|CPW-Soviet.Kodiak have been sanctioned for:

Quote: 1.3 Every player must have one ID equipped on their ship. Player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID and their roleplay and conduct must match the actions of their characters. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.

Consequences:
You really need to follow your faction diplomacy and not just jump into a fight because it looks cool. You are not allied with Blood Dragons, and in fact should be hostile to them. It makes us wonder why you were defending them. That's the kind of thing that makes your guns fall off.

Why should we be hostile with them? They clearly state in their diplomacy:
(12-20-2014, 07:02 PM)The Blood Dragons Wrote: Allies
Gas Miners Guild
The Order
Golden Chrysanthemums
Junkers Congress
Junker Marauders

Friendlies
Dragon Supporters
Revolutionary Supporters
The Council

Neutral
Everyone Else

Unfriendlies
Gallia as a whole (Excluding council)

Enemies
Liberty Rogue's
The Kusari Government (KNF, KSP, Hogosha, Samura, Kishiro)
The Exiles
Nomadic forces (K'Hara, Aoi, Wilde)

In fact that alone states our diplomacy, we support revolutionary. I dont care what the former dragons and coalition had, the current Lore does NOT describe anywhere that we are Hostile.

Let alone, our RP never involves "supporting", rather making use of situations for our own benefits.

Show me where we mention "assisting Dragons" or something. Our targets were inside the system and we engaged OUR targets. There is no assisting, no support.

Ah ye right, just because one of us was too close to dragons doesnt proof anything either, as long as you didnt see "assisting dragons" your point is invalid. Those were our targets, we even engaged the Outcast Dread even thou Dragons stood by and watched, how do you call this allies?

False statements, false assumptions. I want real proofs.

If you are not allied to them, which you really shouldnt be considering that the Blood Dragons are likely worse Imperialists than the previous Kusari Emperor, how would you explain violating your ID lines then? Last I checked Bounty Hunters dont count as Military or Police, nor did they shoot you first.

- Can attack any ship in self-defense or to protect an allied ship.
- Can attack any ship belonging to any house military or police.

This means you can not just come in and shoot them if they arent shooting your allies, which as you just stated, they didnt do.
