Something went wrong with my display after i disabled VSync due to framerate issues, and that happened. After re-enabling VSync it ended up being still like this.

Any way to fix it?

The biggest issue here by far is that 75% Manta.
A re-install may fix your HUD, though.

A new problem.
When i use Dxtory to cap my FPS, just for safety, the HUD gets messed up like in the OP.
Any way to fix that? :\
