Player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID and their roleplay and conduct must match the actions of their characters. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.
Consequences:
Yes, you did RP with the guy and as a Hessian you have every right to be angry at him. However, the rules do say that you cannot destroy a transport without issuing a demand. A demand is an action the player is capable to carrying out. "Your Death" is not a valid demand. Your guns have fallen off.
