Three fighters, covered in dark red paint, hover above a beautiful swirling Gas cloud. They are surrounded by a debris field, hull platings both in gold and red surround them. The Nagano system, after the recent major fleet battle between the KNFs southern fleet and basically every Blood dragon asset available, every side has to mourn losses. The three fighters are basically what the command at Kyoto can spare to survey the still Farmer-infested Midori cloud, since the majority of their forces is still occupied at Tomioka.
"Nah. They won't be able to amass a fleet strong enough to take us on that soon. We'll have defenses by then."
"Maintain radio silence once we enter the system. Can't afford Dragons actually seeing us, do we. Comms through light signals only."
On the bright background nebulae of Tau-37, the flashes between the fighters are nearly invisible. One after another, the ragtag group of different model fighters enters the jumphole before them, each pilot praying to whatever god he reveres that the hole doesn't change phasing mid-jump. After the few moments of disorientation after re-entering normal space, they spread out - every vessel taking one of his wingmen with him.
//After the 343rd acquired three supply transports, they are planning to reopen their supply lines through the Nagano system. Remembering the destruction of the IKT Kobe-Maru by the Blood Dragons, they need to cripple the presence of the Shogunate at least for long enough to give them time for acquiring enough fuel to further their planned return to Kusari.
After the preparations made for the first phase, they have enough supplies to get a scouting party to the Taus. Their fighters need to scout the system and make sure that their data gets securely back to their base aboard the Nagasaki, so that they would be able to initiate Phase two - rooting out the Shogunate or at least give them a bloody nose.
Rules of engagement
The Exiles scout various places in the Nagano system (one per two-man-unit) while the Blood Dragons need to intercept and destroy as many of the scouting parties as possible. The scouting parties are allowed to call for backup, but only one party is allowed to respond.
Exiles objectives:
At least one fighter of every scouting party has to surive (Primary objective)
Remain completely undetected (Secondary objective)
If not, mask as Farmers' Alliance or Hogosha ships and fend off the Blood Dragons (Tertiary objective)
Flight Path: Entering Nagano, then splitting up, two fighters make up each party. Scouting locations will be assigned once the event starts and stay secret, they have to be staying in the coordinates for at least 5 minutes once reaching them.
Dragons objectives:
Find the fighters and destroy every scouting party (Primary objective)
At least two fighters need to survive (Secondary objective)
Unmask the Identity of the attackers by scanning them for at least 5 minutes (Tertiary objective)
Flight Path: Starting at EF/45, then searching and deciding themselves where to fly

This event is pretty heavy in organizing, but it should be possible to do it since we have developed a good experience with RP-focused events. Complainers about the unbalanced amount of slots please read the thread first.
Faction right 4 is in effect for this event. Every participating player has to be approved by both @Shizune and @Char Aznable, official members will be favoured. Post ship, shipname and side in here.
